IT!! He treats every customer with care, communication of the wait, and true kindness!! Latterly sprinting to get every order out with the greatest care and promptness! Whoever hired him did a great job, and Evan is very worthy of recognition!!! A model employee!!!“

“I think overall it’s a great store. From my experiences, there is usually one worker and it is a little slow but you still get your food. The food and drinks are delicious too, the store is clean and my only compliant would be the speaker since it is a little quiet.“

He was prompt and attentive, offered his recommendation (the Beach Day shake), gave us samples, and even went into detail about the flavor, starting with, 'So, what makes this ice cream so special is...'. As a professional salesman and marketer myself, I can tell that Kyle is an absolute natural. He was funny, knowledgable, quick-witted, and provided the best experience I've ever had at a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins in my life. Oh, and he even upsold a donut at the end! Everything was in stock and the service was quick. We came in to Nashville for two days from Knoxville and I can assure you this location was MUCH better than the Knoxville area.“
