“One of the few ice cream places left in the Cool Springs area, this place is your destination if you're looking for do-it-yourself froyo. They have a full scale toppings bar and you can self-serve the soft serve. Been in here many times, and overall pretty good experience. The prices are by the pound typically, and can cost you a pretty penny if you're not careful! I would recommend.“

“RECOMMENDATION - Great treats. I'm sure we'll be back.
If you have a sweet tooth, you'll want to visit. If you are low on funds though, you might want to skip it. These are hand made and located in downtown Franklin (the OC of TN) - the price reflects that. I would've given it 5 stars, but the price held me back.

VALUE - 2/5 (low rating here, due to high price). BUT, these are hand made candies. If that's for you, then you'll love this place.
- Candy Apple x2 - 5/5
Family has had this before and wanted another one.
- Buckeye ball - 5/5 - Very similar to my personal recipe. But holy crap it was $3 a ball.
- Pnut britle - 5/5 - Sweet, salty and savory. Different flavor than I'm used to. I'm a big See's Candy fan. We drove to a grocery store after picking this up and I sat in the car, by myself while the wife went inside. This was a dangerous move as I ate 1/3 of the briggle.

PORTION SIZE - normal for hand dipped candy.

Just what you'd expect from a Main Street candy store. Small, but big enough to see everything. You just have to walk around all the people coming in for ice cream and treats.“

The 2 young men working today at 11 am really made the experience better with the interaction, they truly made it a positive exchange we're appreciated. They need a raise. “Located within the McEwen Northside district, Jenni’s Splendid Ice Creams is a freestanding building endcapping the central area of a small shopping, dining, and park area. During peak hours, expect a decent line. They have two banks of the same flavors and serve by the half scoop so you can try multiple flavors. They also provide free samples on actual mini spoons rather than disposable spoons so you try before making your final selections. Flavors rotate and also change seasonally. However they don’t always have vanilla and we had to buy our little one a pint which they give you in a sealable insulated bag. The sprinkles don’t have an artificial coloring which I appreciate. Read their napkins to see the pride they take in making their ice creams. They have free water and a good amount of outdoor seating.“

“I placed an order for 12 mini pies for thanksgiving, they were delicious! The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Well while I was there, I dropped my ID and didn't notice. One of the lovely staff dropped if off in my mailbox! They went above and beyond, especially around a busy holiday. Truly appreciated.“
