“I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this location. Egg salad has always been my go-to order here — honestly, it’s the main reason I choose Chicken Salad Chick over other lunch spots. So I was shocked to learn that this location has stopped serving it.
What makes it even more frustrating is that other Chicken Salad Chick locations are still offering egg salad, and I wasn’t given a clear explanation as to why it was discontinued here. It felt like the decision was brushed off, and as a loyal customer, that was really disappointing.
Unfortunately, without egg salad on the menu, I don’t see myself coming back to this location. It was the one thing I consistently ordered, and now I can’t get it anymore. I truly hope they bring it back in the future — if they do, I’ll happily return.“

Dietary restrictions: Tell them not to add any salt ?
Parking: You can park out there and go in and eat ?
Kid-friendliness: I saw kids running around and playing oh it was such a wonderful day ?
Wheelchair accessibility: As a matter of fact I saw someone popping a wheelie on a wheelchair across the parking lot ?.“

“We ordered through the app (great discounts). The food was absolutely cooked to perfection.. Hot, fresh, and definitely full of flavor. Also came with complementary plates and silverware which is a big deal for me with a family of 5. Would definitely recommend and will be back !“

“I’ve never seen a line triple wrapped around a restaurant until last night & I’ve NEVER received as well of customer service during a rush as I did last night. For starters it took me maybe 15 minutes to order and get my food. As someone who has worked in fast food for years, I was EXTREMELY impressed with how the employees worked together as a team and everything seemed seamless!
