“Let me just say, thank you to the girl working today she made my burger correctly with special instructions over the phone. Pleasant experiences every time I go to Vegan Town. Love the vegan quesadilla, waffles, today I got the Big Daddy burger and fries both were hot and fresh! I also enjoyed the Açaí smoothie as well. So very good with nutritional ingredients to live a vegetarian lifestyle!“

“This is a drive-through coffee (latte, cold brew, etc) energy-chillers, teas, fizzes, lemonades, milkshake place. Similar to a Starbies but better in a lot of ways! 1.) cost 2.) customize-ability you can pick your flavors/sweetness levels/milks/sauces to a much greater degree 3.) friendly super-speedy staff and you can still collect points. Try it. Check out the savings, servings, quality and friendliness for yourself!

“Made my whole night. Never been before today, but was craving an iced vanilla berry Red Bull and couldn’t find them anywhere! So, I go to try the new drink because it uses that Red Bull! So yummy! The cold foam gave you that “wintery” feel while still being so refreshing. Person who took my order and the person at the window were both so sweet! 100% recommend if you haven’t tried it!“

“Opening an Auntie Ruth's on campus was downright evil of whoever made this decision. President Noland approving this establishment was the single most diabolical decision he has made in his twelve years of presidency at ETSU. Someone really did say "oh you know the place that sells the single greatest things to ever touch anyone's taste buds? Yeah, let's open one of those on our college campus. What could possibly go wrong?" I'll tell you what could possibly go wrong. MY WALLET. You can't expect me to just walk past Carter Hall and NOT want to get a pretzel. What are you insane? Do you hate fun? I bet you're thinking "just don't get a pretzel, it's not that hard." Listen, you don't understand. Resisting the urge to get something from Auntie Ruth's is like trying not to drown in a riptide with a block of concrete tied to your ankle. Like that, but worse. You never learned how to swim and you didn't think to let your food settle before getting in the water so now you have a cramp. Also there's a hurricane.
Basically what I'm trying to say here is that the bakers must powder their donuts with crack because there's no other possible explanation for how the things at this place are so good. Why on god's purple earth (sorry I'm colorblind) did they decide to open this place? Does the school enjoy watching people suffer? As if the crippling weight of my student loans wasn't enough, now I have to deal with the unbearable weight of the most addictive substance on the planet second to heroin being readily available on campus. Thank god this place closes at 1:30 or else ETSU might implode in on itself if it were open any longer because of how powerful the school is with this place on-site.

“I love this place. The service is great. I work from here every Tuesday and Thursday and I can say they have plenty of outlets if you are looking to do the same. I love that their bartop tables have hooks under them for the lady's purses.
Vegetarian options: They have removed some vegan options from their menu however they are able to make substitutions.“

“Kid-friendliness: My 7 year old just had to have a cake pop. I'm not sure I knew they had them but she did. I don't think she was crazy about it but she's very picky. Getting to go to Starbucks & get something with her money was priceless. “
“I go to this one at least 3-4 times a week and this morning when my wife had to show her phone for a special drink the girl who made it was making fun of her. All the other times we have never had a problem. Love the people and the drinks just today must be a off day for her. This was at 7:“

Makes it alot easier since they remember my order lol I tried the one in food city n they can't seem to make a Carmel ribbon crunch correctly let alone make it right with my extras. Sumer suggested a certain way to make a drink we love and now we are even more addicted. The employees are all friendly, personable, and kind. I prefer to come to this Starbucks over any other Starbucks in town“

“Tonight, I’ve had the longest day. The latte machine was down, and you guys were out of the food item I wanted! So I told the young lady at the window I trusted her to make me something good! While talking she said you are here early, as I stop frequently on night shift. Told her I had a sick family member I’d just dropped off at a local hospital and I’d be up late. She came back to the window with a drink and something to eat. Told me it was on her and she hoped I had a better night! Both ladies working tonight 10/24/2020, were exceptional and put a smile on a worried face! ♥️ Keep up the excellent work ladies! Meant a lot!“

“I normally wouldn't rate a Dunkin. We all generally know what to expect. This location is a gem. The doughnuts were wonderful, the coffees were wonderful, but best of all, the staff were genuinely kind and friendly. Literally, the best Dunkin doughnuts we have had.“

“I got the chicken salad-thinking it was a salad… it’s not… BUT it was on toast and it’s EXTREMELY delicious. I also had the iced herbal raspberry tea with liquid sugar… DELICIOUS. The customer service was amazing, and the service is fast. Absolutely loved it… I wish it was closer to where I lived Cuz I would go here every day. Just overall amazing and highly recommend!!
