“I went to 7Brew today and they gave me a drink with cream that was curdled. I came to my usual dutch bros just to buy a different drink, and they asked about my 7brew drink i was throwing away. They gave me a free drink and a cute little drink float for a pool! They were so kind and caring and now they have a customer for life!“

“I walked in, looking for a warm coffee on a chilly night and found this place! The vibe here is so chill and they baristas really know what they're doing! I was craving mocha, cherry and oat milk and what I got was warm, and incredibly tasty! I will be back every chance I get and I gotta try the lavender and mint tea!“

Popped over here, and I'm generally not keen on Starbies. We (+1 was 15f) both got food that was warm and good. Her drink was extra this and extra that, and they KILLED IT!!!!
They were polite and seemed happy - I know that's generally a baseline, but I've not seen that to be the case at all coffee shops.
Would actually *recommend* this particular store, which I've not felt about a Starbucks ever, I don't think.

“Today I have found this place and let me tell you, if you’re in the Nashville/Goodlettsville, area, you’d be doing yourself an injustice to not find this place and eat here. Plus the owner, Mike, is a pleasure to chat with. (Don’t ask em for recipes tho. He’s a turd about that. 😂😂) Today I had the fried boudin with a crawfish cream sauce, greens and tomato, cucumber and onion salad. The boudin is the best I’ve ever had. Bar none. (Sorry my Louisiana friends. This wins.) The I got the Duck Wontons for desert. The strawberry Honey Jalapeño dip for the wontons was fabulous. He also just gifted me a piece of Bananas Foster’s Cake. I have not tried it yet, but I’ll bet it’s gonna make me fat. Give this place a try. Edit***The cake was just as expected. Phenomenal.***“

“I stop here several times a week. Staff is friendly and my order is correct most of the time. On the few occasions it is not, it is corrected quickly. As busy as they can be, I really can't blame them for being wrong once in a blue moon. My drink is always delicious. The food is, of course, all pre-made and prepackaged, so that is a matter of taste. I've always enjoyed the pastries, egg bites, and lunch boxes.“
“Hard to find, it is hidden inside the Kroger. Great place to catch your favorite Starbucks coffee, but the SERVICE is Extremely SLOW!! With as much business it gets, it is shocking they have not build a building outside of the Kroger! Some of the workers are half interested in working here sometimes. Which hurts there ratings. #Starbucks needs to build a building for them to hire workers that are interested in having a job.“

“This is the best service we’ve ever had in a Dunkin’ Donuts and I mean it! I’m from Minnesota, but me and my family were going to Georgia, so I could go to college, and we decided to stop here on our trip. There was a lady who was in front of us, who was taking forever, for whatever, which was fine, however, when she left, the cashier apologized, and offered us a free donut, and in general was a polite lady. All in all, it a huge blast of southern hospitality, that we’re not used to in Minnesota, especially in Dunkin’ Donuts. Thanks for the amazing service!!“
