“Worst service and food I have ever had at cinco de Mayo. We normally go to the White Bridge Road location. We always have great service but the Hendersonville location today was really really bad. The waitress was really rude. She did not speak or understand English very well. I will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.“

“Food is always on point. Those salads are my fav, and the chicken nibblers are so yum.Service depends. Lately I've been met with some ugly attitudes and snarkyness. So hope that changes. Other than that my favoriteeeeee place.

“The young lady who was running food this afternoon, with the dark red hair and bangs, needs a serious attitude adjustment.

I wouldn’t leave this comment unless it really upset my 4 year old, you do not slam food in front of a little girl, especially one that thanked you and you didn’t even acknowledge her.

I will be back and I will let her know personally .

“I love Chick fil a in general, but this particular location is the best in my opinion. The staff is always nice, environment is clean and lines well organized to reduce long wait time. I find myself here more than once a week for lunch because of how satisfied I am with their customer service and food. I’d like to mention that Gianna made my drive thru experience better than normal since she referred to me by name. It felt nice to be recognized and treated with kindness. She’s always on top of everything and with a smile on her face. I’d recommend her for employee of the month after just a minute interaction.“

“Late on Saturday 20 minutes before they closed. I was not expecting the level of service and kindness at that time of night. I'm sure it had been a long day for everyone in there and a kind woman by the name of Shae helped me out with what I needed. I am so thankful that good people and good service is still alive and well thank you for making mine and my wife's night!“
