“i’m only giving a 5 star rating because 99% of the time it is amazing. the workers i deal with on a daily basis have become very dear to me. unfortunately, in the early morning hours there is one lady who acts like someone has ruined her life. if you put an online order in and come within the suggested time of putting it in she scolds you. i work during the week and sometimes go there twice a day, but every time i come across her it makes me want to go somewhere else. again, i love everyone there and it’s an amazing atmosphere 99% of the time. but nobody wants their day to start with someone being rude to them over coming in the ALLOTTED time for their order. i work in food and specifically with online orders. you choose to be rude to people.“
“Window shopping for coffee - Appreciating the Sbux team at my Indian Lake Sbux. Driving away another team member shouts an additional "Have a nice day!" ...How cool is that? Somehow the great coffee tastes even sweeter now. Thank you for being there and thx for keeping the internet on. It works great out here in the parking lot!! People could even have coffee dates in their cars while chatting on the phone!! Hmmm. ;)“
“I was so happy this morning to see that this Starbucks has delivery now! So, as I am not feeling well, I ordered a coffee and tipped the driver in advance- generously. When I went to get my coffee, I picked it up the paper bag it came in and noticed the coffee had spilled some, but I wasn’t too worried about it. But then when I picked up the bag, the coffee broke through the bottom and it spilled everywhere. I had zero coffee left and tipped the driver well. Not Starbuck’s fault, but Starbucks? Don’t use Door Dash anymore!!“
“I came in today and ordered my typical pink drink without ice. I was informed target starbucks now has a policy to only fill it half way if it’s without ice. The two ladies who took and made my order were beyond kind explaining this because I hadn’t heard of it before. I wish I could have gotten their names because they went above and beyond to be helpful and kind.“
“The people who work here are absolute sweethearts. They work very hard and are always busy behind the counter and yet they’re conversational and friendly. It’s one of the rare places I feel like I can just sit and hang out without feeling like I’m a bother to the staff.“
