“After seeing our cardiologist in Nashville, we meet our son and chose this restaurant for location. It was the best any of us had tried in years. Service kept our table cleared, tea filled and answered our questions about dishes. 3 large adults were only $58. Considering the size, freshness and presentation of shrimp, fish and meat dishes this was well priced. I was ashamed of the customers around us, leaving chips uneaten and no tip. Not even a dollar. I was glad to tip my server 15%.“

The food is good as far as a usual chinese buffet goes with a good selection of options. If you like these types of buffets, then in general you'll like this.

“I use door dash on the app Rice box doesn't not allow special instructions at all . I place a call to Rice box they said my food was already done it wasn't but a few minutes after I placed order.. when the order got picked up they said that it was cooked extra spicy and extra crispy. pitched the food will not be back.“

“We’re still on the search for our go-to Chinese restaurant and China Moon might just be it.

We ordered online with a nice spread of: large wonton soup, large egg drop wonton soup mix, chicken with mushrooms, boneless ribs combo, sesame chicken combo, and bean curd with broccoli.

China Moon is tucked in a corner of a small shopping plaza and is easily missed because it is hidden. There’s plenty of parking.

Our order was ready within 15 minutes and sure enough, was waiting for us when we arrived. The employee was nice and offered any sauces to go with it. Our food was hot and the order was correct.

The food was really good! It’s been awhile since we had decent Chinese food. The only two things I wasn’t crazy about were the soups (nearly flavorless even with soy sauce) and the fried rice (also flavorless). Otherwise, the actual meals were very good and everything was cooked properly. I especially favored the chicken with mushrooms.

If we can’t find something closer to us, China Moon is going to be our new place. The 15 minute drive is worth it for affordable and comforting food.“

“The food is so delicious although I had my Chinese fix already, I had to return for my son who wanted the same thing I had a couple days ago. Not too pleased with placing my card for payment in your hands and you placing it on the counter, where’s the mutual respect, not cool. Very pleased with the fact that I ordered diet shrimp and broccoli and inquired about garlic sauce. They added it no problem. Pros and cons I suppose. They were friendly enough today (I got the sisters mixed up). The vegetable fried rice here is my fav in Nashville, no one and I mean no one does it better! And the soft fried teriyaki chicken is everything coming from a real fatty!! The portions are plentiful, the broccoli was not over cooked and the flavor of the dishes is simply delish. We were super skeptical about this place when we pulled up, but oh boy where we wrong! It was definitely a takeout Chinese food place, and had all of the old food pictures on the wall, and the exact menu as any other cheap Chinese food place. The mixed reviews had me worried they were going to be garbage but folks, I could not be more wrong!
The food was absolutely delicious! I got sesame chicken combination and my partner got Orange chicken combination, which both came with fried rice and egg rolls. We got drinks added on and the bill was under 30$! I *wish* i had gotten an order of crab rangoon because I just know that would have been put of this world. Everything was super hot and fresh out of the kitchen, with thick flavorful sauces! Everyone said the rice was old in other reviews but my rice was absolutely perfect 👌 The egg rolls were crisp and left us wishing we had more!
Forgive the pictures because we did eat it in the car at 9 pm, but you could easily take it home or to a park to eat. But be warned! Our portions were absolutely huge and we had to bring the rest home!“
