The service is great, and the “special pie of the day” is a standout... some truly bold and inventive combinations, so it’s worth stepping outside your comfort zone and trying it. Many people rave about the flavor profiles and elevated ingredients, and it lives up to that reputation. The only drawback is pricing... it feels a bit expensive for what you get, but that’s pretty par for the course in this neighborhood. Overall, a fun, stylish place with strong execution.“

“Never had Detroit style pizza before, but heard great things. We were visiting Nashville and decided to stop in. We shared a VIP Pizza, the burger, and cheesy garlic sticks. Everything was great. The service was great and they have a very good playlist of music.“

“We have been awaiting S&H at the Factory for some time and boy did it not disappoint! We had the Husky Red Light Special pizza…BUT….do not think you don’t need some wings! They were some of the best wings I ever had!! Mafia style!! Of course we had to try the cinnamon rolls…they too were epic! We also had the pleasure to meet Clint one of the owners! What a super guy! He really took time to chat with us, told us a little bit about the S&H story and I can def see why he and his partners/business is so successful! With all that said… I know you’re wanting to check out Slim & Husky’s as soon as possible or as soon as your tummy starts grumbling,Ha!“

“Visiting Nashville for a show we had a lot of options. We decided to go here for lunch and so glad we did. The Old Fashioned’s are very good. I had the best, most authentic Chicago Beef sandwich (dipped, of course) and the deep dish pizza with sausage was incredible. Never had a crust that good. Everything is made from scratch and it’s obvious. Great service too! Very impressed!“

“We got there within 40 minutes of closing (not busy thank goodness for us). We were served quickly. We had the Detroit pizza and it was fabulous. Food was great and the service was fabulous. We are only here for two days, otherwise I would definitely go again.“

“This was a random stop upon a recommendation from another bartender across town. My wife and I truly enjoyed playing video games and having a couple beers to kind of ease into our getaway weekend. They have games for every thing you could like.

“This is, by far, the best pizza in Nashville!!! The Supreme “taken to prom” took us by surprise! Normally, we don’t order supreme, but this one was absolutely perfect. The crust stayed crispy and delicious. Every bite was flavorful!
$4 is a bit pricey to pay for extra seasonings and parm though. AKA taking it to prom.
Don’t waste your money paying $2 extra for cold tomato dipping sauce though.“

“Totally by luck, while returning to our airbnb we had a flyer in our door. Ordered our food and it came within time frame they quoted and food was EXCELLENT. We had pizza, lasagna, chicken cacciatore and desserts. They were all fantastic.“

“This is the absolute best place I’ve ever been to for pizza in my whole 30years. It’s always fresh, stuffed crust ALWAYS has cheese inside and the dough is never hard. 10/10 recommend. The woman who always works upfront is very nice aswell. Good customer service.“

“EVERY time I come here (which is quite often) The food is out of this world!!! This time, I got Daddy's calzone. First of all the crust, is amazing not too hard not too soft perfectly crunchy. And the inside the vegetables are perfectly cooked the flavor is amazing! This is the best calzone I've ever had in my entire life! Sorry about the photo I couldnt wait to eat“

“Have been looking for restaurant that has similar taste to what Italy has. We ordered the Marinated olives, bread and meat balls as appetizer, flat iron steaks and finished with tiramisu. Everything was delicious! The olives were so good that I bought a jar of them to bring home. Will be back!!!“
