Bartenders will come to your table and ask questions sometimes to ensure they get it right. It’s not just their smoked meats that are so good either, their sides are terrific! “I've been wanting to try Fuji for a long time and tonight I went there for my birthday and I was impressed by the courteous and polite staff which was a good sign. I had seen the menu as had my girlfriend so we both knew what we wanted so we gave the waitperson, I don't know his name but he did the little bow with folded hands after taking our order which came very quickly I might add. I had a drink called Magic Peach which was very tasty and very strong, the Spring Roll which were good sized crunchy and delicious, the Veggie Gyozyas which were fried to perfection and yummy and lastly the Avocado Roll from the Classic Menu also as good as any I've had. So all in all it was great way to spend my birthday eve, I give Fuji 5 stars! I look forward to my next visit!“

“We were in Johnson City a few weeks ago and had the foresight to make reservations at Timber! Now we can’t get the place out of our heads. Blame the butternut squash soup. It’s the kind of bowl that resets your compass. It was robust, earthy, and layered. One spoonful and I knew I was ruined for other soups. We live far away; that’s the tragedy. This soup still lives rent-free in my head.

We ran the table with small, medium, and one large plate. Each was built by someone who respects ingredients, heat, time, and seasoning. The textures snapped together like a well-built puzzle. The room itself was large, but shoulder-to-shoulder and loud, and that’s fine by me. I didn’t want a library. I wanted a place where the staff and kitchen worked like they meant it.

The drinks weren’t decoration; they pulled their own weight. The bar knew its business. We told them what we liked, and they steered with confidence. The service had that rare combination of ease and intent: plates landed hot, nobody explained the obvious, and nobody disappeared. Exactly what a restaurant should strive for.

We left full, and then spent the next few weeks lamenting a simple fact: we may never have a bowl of butternut squash soup this good again, not without a plane ticket.

If you’re anywhere near Johnson City, go. Book a table. Let the kitchen talk. That soup will follow you home.“

The owners Elizabeth & Matthew Bambargers have not mentioned that Jacob Spiese the criminal charged is Matthew 's Cousin and they brought him to Bebettes, from LA to be a silent Partner and Manager. All of the employee's resigned due to the behavior and a Me2 incident has been covered up. The business in NOT female owned, another lie, the LLC has both husband & wife listed as owners‼️ Their lying to get sympathy and keep customers‼️“

“From the hostess, to service, food, and drinks it was a fantastic dinner! We truly enjoyed our experience with our 4 kids! We had the nachos, burgers, wings, caesar salads, and mac and cheese and everything was so delicious! The manager was wonderful as well. We will be back!“

“Came today for a late breakfast. Ordered the Hash Bowl and my fiance had the biscuits and gravy and a side of candied bacon.
His food was good. Not great. Mine on the other hand, I had to send back. Was room temperature and crudely thrown together. Another was promptly brought out. You can tell the ingredients don't touch a pan, it's just thrown together like a child might do. It was edible but not something I would recommend. Also....to charge almost $11 for this and it to have the presentation it is does is just bad business.
They didn't provide complimentary snickers oodles biscuits though, due to the long wait on our food.
Might go again and try a biscuit dish.

“Fearless Coffee is THAT place.
The baristas are friendly, courteous, and attentive and will laugh at your jokes (good or not).
The atmosphere here is the standard in which all other cafès aspire. Walking through the front doors immediately calms my nerves and brings me solace.

Around here, oversized rolls that become mush in your mouth as you try to chew them down, and misproportioned ones with the ingredient ratio all out of wack are the standard. “This Long Johns is one of the few left I would recommend.. it is far better than Middlesboro, KY, Morristown, TN, Knoxville, TN, Rogersville, TN, Dandridge, TN, Sevierville, TN and etc .. most Long John’s fish taste like an old pot of stinking oil .. but here it’s ok .. so as of right now it’s the only one I recommend that’s in Johnson City, TN“

“Kenzie and Susanna at the DQ in Grey TN went above and beyond to help a sweet old lady who fell outside, scraped her elbow and hit her head. They were fast to react with the medical kit they had and attended the lady until medical staff was able to get there! I was very impressed with the care and urgency they showed!“
