“I do the low carb Frisco about everyday ***Update*** I never go back to this Hardee's again. I have failed them as a customer by not calling them out when my breakfast biscuit was so over done and hard as a hockey puck almost every morning. Today I go and order my Frisco burger and it comes on just cold bread no toasting or butter or anything just cold dry bread. I have had enough and will never eat there again. If you own this restaurant then please save yourself and work on your problems there because when you lose enough of us die hard customers then you will finally feel the pain of your own doing. I know it is hard to get good people but if you will fix your equipment and their attitudes then maybe your business will survive. This current path is not the way.“

“I’ve been to Taco Bells all over the southeast and this one is hands down the best one. The service is always second to none. The food is ready so friggin fast even when they’re busy. I’m really impressed and highly recommend! Thank you guys for being so great, you just don’t see that kind of service in fast food anymore!“

“They tend to be a bit slower when busy but that's understandable. The staffing seems to be amazing. We deal with Anthony(the manager) on weekends and he has truly been great. Helping when he is able to help when he notices someone who is struggling.“

“Hesitant to write a review. First impression was that the place was well appearing and clean. Ordered at the kiosk. Took a while to get our order and we had to request what was missing, promptly and with courtesy remedied. We did what however during this time 5 other groups of customers entered and have orders mixed up, again remedied quickly. It seems that there was just a little hiccup with n the workflow for a bit, they were waiting on a late delivery that arrived just in time and no doubt that was stressful knowing some orders could not have been filled without delivery.
Positive ending note which had us leave with a smile. A young employee was on her break while we were there. She went back to work while we were eating but just before we left she brought us a little drawing she made during her break. That made a difference to customer experience, she wanted to share something she created with strangers and made us smile.“

“I like Papa John's but I recently found out that if you tip the employees Papa John's deducts the tips the employees get from their paychecks. I dont care if you can quote me a cheesy labor rule making it legal, good job stealing from your employees. Any company that does this to their employees is no better than a thief that would take money out of your wallet just because they know its there. Hey Papa John's the tips are a show of appreciation to your employees not your customers paying your employees wages. Pathetic way to treat your employees.“
