“4 of us went. We had Mississippi Catfish, cranberry chicken salad, Alaskan Pollock, soup/club combo, tomato bisque, praline cheesecake, key lime pie, pumpkin cheesecake and apple walnut cobbler. All of the food was great and so was the service and atmosphere.“

If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve how the fries are presented. They were tossed into the bag, which made things a bit messy and left the containers greasy. That said, the flavor more than makes up for it!

“Cava has a great variety of items to select from. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. You can build your own bowl with fresh ingredients. However if you know what authentic falafel tastes like skip their falafel.“

“I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. We will return.“

“Visited this location 17aug2025. There were only three people on staff but they were very professional, very fast and very organized. I was surprised the older lady with the burgundy hair. I didn't get her name but she was very very nice. The younger lady with the dark hair and the tall gentleman all were excellent. I commend them and I thank them for their professionalism“

Being a business owner myself, I know it’s not easy with supply costs going up along with everything else. Unexpected things happen that just make you want to pull the plug and shut it down. “We ordered delivery, but somebody accidentally forgot my drink. The delivery driver (I think his name was Joshua) called to let me know he would bring it back, we tried to tell him he didn’t have to because it’s raining and late, but he said he was absolutely going to get it to me tonight. He not only brought my drink, but upgraded the size and left 2 coupons. It’s pouring rain, 9:30 at night, he really did NOT have to do that. I am so GRATEFUL. Thank you for going the extra mile!“

“This is my favorite blaze pizza location! They sometimes get pretty backed up with orders, but it’s worth the wait here! The gluten free crust is great. They take allergies seriously. Today, after a long day at work, I ordered my pizza online to the wrong location, and they were able to make my pizza and transfer the order/payment from the other location. The service is incredible and I totally recommend it here“

“Always fast and friendly. Cars could be lined around the building but never do you have to wait more than 3-4 min. Why is this so hard for all other fast food/drive-thru restaurants to accomplish??? Obviously it can be done because EVERY Chick-fil-A I have ever visited, and I travel for work every single day so that's a lot of different ones, always get you your food in no time. All the big names in fast food need to apparently come to be trained at Chick-fil-A.“

“Most popular chicken fast food in our area because of the fast service and friendly smiles and great attitudes of their employees. Ordered the fried nugget meal with fries and a sun joy drink (half lemonade and half sweet tea). Very tasty and salted perfectly. So good with their chick fil a sauce too. “Marcos is hands down my favorite pizza in Knoxville! The crust is perfectly crisp without being too hard, and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff at the Ebenezer Rd location are always so sweet and friendly, which makes picking up my order a great experience every time.

I also really appreciate that their prices are reasonable, and they offer great discounts and freebies from time to time. My food is always ready on time, quick and easy to pick up, and piping hot when I get it. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great pizza and great service!“

“OK, so when I go there, the only thing that I order is the club sandwich but I make it a wrap without the lettuce and it is delicious extra pickles cause it’s free let us pray. FYI, I do not get sides or drink.
