“My husband and I stopped by Trudie's last weekend for lunch. We heard from a friend that we must try it. That friend was oh so right! My fish sandwich was huge and delicious. Our server was everything. We are looking forward to returning and telling everyone we know!“

“My husband and I came here for my husband’s birthday and we were immediately greeted with kindness! Our server’s name was Emily, and she was SO kind and super helpful as we had many questions about recommendations considering we are not from the area and were indecisive about food. She met every question with a smile and had great insight on the kind of food/drinks we would like, and everything tasted AMAZING! The hosts were also super nice! All around we had an amazing experience considering it is the holidays and customer service can be very stressful! We really appreciate the kindness!“

“First time to this hidden gem. Service, atmosphere, and food were outstanding. Quiet with light music , easy to carry conversation. We had the short rib tacos, lobster roll, French fries (steak and string), and finished with a delicious bread pudding.“

“Stopped here on a whim after we discovered the original place we were going to eat at was closed. I’m so glad we stopped here. The food was absolutely amazing. Not one complaint about our food. Even our daughter was able to get a waffle here (gluten, dairy and egg allergens). Received 5 star service from Majaa.“

“It’s really sad that this location is the only location in Memphis and the service and the food is awful!! My Mom ordered a burger that looked like it was prepared the day before and partially heated to serve yesterday. I sent my order back because someone from the kitchen staff took my food to the wrong table and then tried to bring it to me. It’s apparent that their staff isn’t properly trained; they should know which table to deliver the correct order to. I’ve been patronizing Raffertys for years; however, yesterday was my last dining experience with them. I spoke with a manager; however, her facial expression said, I really don’t care.“

“My first time at the Poplar location. The staff members including the manager were so friendly and welcoming. The manager suggested that I taste the broccoli salad and it was so delicious that I ended up adding it to my meal. The restaurant was very clean and the food was very tasty. I will definitely go back there again if I am in the area. Kudos to the staff 💕“

“Kelly: if you are reading this review - thank you from the bottom of my heart! You were a great server before you even found out my situation. But after finding out what a terrible night I was having - you went above and beyond. So did the folks in the kitchen. I was secretly on the verge of a mental breakdown while taking care of my mother in the hospital across the street, and Kelly literally turned my night around. She's a keeper. Food was great, drinks were brought promptly, the place was clean and organized. When I had to leave to take my mom dinner and return to my friends and to a cold meal, Kelly brought me a fresh, hot plate without even asking, and Hueys covered it. Thank you. You made a difference tonight.“
“This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are a good size with everything you need (iron, ironing board, TV, hairdryer etc…), and it is spotlessly clean with a friendly atmosphere. Recently renovated, the rooms and hotel spaces are contemporary, modern and fresh. Cody who works at the hotel is a real asset to the business, he truly went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable and provided us with the highest level of service and professionalism, something that is hard to find. He made us feel so welcome we have continued to come back. The hotel bar provides a good selection of food and drinks and the free secure parking is great. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s 5* service ?“
