“What a GREAT place! I just discovered they carry gluten-free bread. I can’t have gluten and the only dairy I can have is a tiny amount of cheese. Because they have the big slicer there, they were able to slice me 2 thin shavings of provolone—the first time I’ve had cheese on a sandwich in 10+ years. My sandwich was incredible! And when you’re not used to cheese, those thin shavings pack a powerful punch of flavor.

And…..I accidentally left my purse there. It was 45 minutes later when I realized. They were so kind. They had found my name already and were looking up how to reach me by the time I called. They put it in a locked box and kept it there until I picked it up. They were so kind.“

“Came in July 22, 2024, ordered a simple sandwich and was served quickly despite it not being busy. Utensils were clean as well as gloves, food area looked to be clean and fresh, soda area was also clean but weirdly spacious? Staff was polite and efficient and food looks and tastes good 👍“

“The employees were really nice here. The restrooms were clean. Restaurant was considerably clean. The subs are subway style, of course. Quiet atmosphere except for the few kids that were in there. Service was quick. I had the steak sub with various vegetables, the jalopeneos were hot!“

“When you look up any location on google it says hours may very. Also when it comes to the hours ob the door? Not everything is black and white first and second the staff at that location is some of the most friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to provide ample service with quality and cleanliness. With it being the busiest subway in town, from what I see, I’m sure they want to be home with there family’s at a reasonable time and aren’t staying open till ten to please the one or maybe two customers that want to go at the last minute. I too have worked in restaurant business almost 25 years and can tell you from experience that as a franchised restaurant ownership they can close when ever they see it fit and paying three employees to stay an extra hour for a total of maybe 20.00s worth of sandwiches isn’t worth it. Not once have I gone into this subway and not been greeted by an employee with a smile on there face. The girl named Katie that’s there will go out of her way to assure you are happy with the price you pay and is great with helping large families with kids making the experience of ordering for a large family as non stressful as possible. For the quality of service, cleanliness, and the they make you feel welcome while making food to order it’s worth the hours not matching whatever is on the door. Best subway in Lebanon that’s for sure

Kid-friendliness: I watched the lady behind the counter take a large rambunctious group of children and get them all calm and had the entire family’s order done in the most smooth none stressful way. She went out of her way after seeing the grandparent was overwhelmed and turned the experiemce from being extremely stressful to a smooth happy experience.“
