“Stopped by when traveling to Nashville. Service was pleasant while still being efficient. The dining area was clean despite it being fairly busy. The restrooms were also clean. We ordered 3 different meals and all were good. The waffle fries in particular were perfect- crispy on the outside but not over done.“

“We are yearly travelers from Ohio, and have to stop by Zaxby’s every year we visit! This location in particular is the one we frequent, and their food and service is always excellent! They’re patient as we always have to check the menu first, and their food is always fresh and delicious! It’s accidentally made its way into our typical traditions while we’re down here, and it’s definitely worth it!“

“They catered my wedding and were absolutely phenomenal. They were wonderful to work with leading up to the big day, and at the actual event it’s like there was just magically food there when I wanted it and gone when it was time to clean up. On a day where I was coordinating a lot, I never had to worry once about them. They packed up little to-go boxes for me and my husband too :) I will absolutely be using them again for any future events I need catered.“

“Cute little shoppe! 9:40 on a Wednesday morning. Party of 2. We obviously missed the breakfast crowd, because besides us, only one other group was there. The room does resemble an old school soda shop. Super cute. I enjoyed the French toast with coffee. Four 1/2 slices of bread dipped in egg and fried. Powdered sugar and syrup. Delicious. “My friend and I split a whole Roast beef sandwich, we also purchased 2 bowls of soup, 2 drinks and and a cookie, the total was a bit over $40. Our name was called that our order was ready. I went back up to the front to ask for an extra cup of au jus for dipping, A young lady looked at me like I was not a paying customer and said there was one on your tray. I explained we were sharing the whole sandwich and needed another cup. She said in a not so friendly tone, “I will…this time”. I thought to myself, I just spent $40 and you think you are doing me a favor to give me 1/4 cup au jus? I was not pleased at all. I found out later that she was the Asst GM, somebody needs to teach her customer service. I voiced my complaint to one of the other workers and she apologized profusely and asked if she could get us anything else, Gina cleaned our table for us and could not have been nicer.“

“I am very impressed with this location and their desire to give good service. I placed a mobile order for curbside delivery but when I came to pick it up they didn't bring it out. Turns out they had gotten slammed with a really huge order about the same time and mine got mixed up with that one. Ms. Loretta apologized profusely and offered to remake it but I didn't have time to wiat. So she told me to come back and my next meal would be free. I appreciate her taking ownership of the situation and also explaining what happened. Nowadays most places don't even care but they went out of their way to make up for it. I've always loved Zaxby's and I will continue to support this business!“
