I really wanted to write a good review. This is my first time eating here. We just bought a house and WALKED from our house to this specific restaurant. When we got here only a large booth was available. We stood in the doorway until a polite waiter came and said for us to sit there. Based on the reviews, Barksdale's is a neighborhood diner with a dive feel and a fascinating history.
