“I canceled my order due to the inaccurate wait time displayed online. I originally called to cancel after I was made aware of how long it would be. The first employee was very vague about the refund and cancellation process so I called back an hour later to get clarification. Judith answered the phone and was sooo helpful. She got some more information from me and was knowledgeable about the cancellation process. Although, I was not able to get food, I am very impressed by the service shown on Judith’s part. “Its been a while since I have eaten at BWW - I have missed out , the bartnder there is fantastic, really knows how to make drinks and she is extremly friendly . And the food is great, even more so if you play triva you can actually win a free order of wings - the family and me had a great time playing triva, but the high light of the evening was has upbeat and postive the bartdeder was - that really made the night and we will definlty be back“
