Surprisingly clean compared to other Captain D’s in Memphis and folks were friendly also ,food took a little while but it was lunch rush ,I ordered a large gumbo and it came out in 2 small too go cups ,guess they ran out of bowls🤣✌️
I would like to share a little something about customer service there. Almost everywhere I go now has horrible customer service, but let me tell you something. A young black female at the window today was freaking phenomenal and full of laughter. I stopped going there, but today on my way home something told me to stop and get food there, and that is what I did. She made my day better and hopefully I made hers as well. Thank uou for your hard work and amazing customer service.
