Chick-fil-A in Memphis

“Absolutely five stars! This Chick-fil-A is spotless from top to bottom, and it really shows how much they care about their customers. The dining area and restrooms are always sparkling clean, and the staff keeps everything organized and welcoming. On top of that, the service is friendly and fast, making every visit a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the immaculate environment!“

“Honestly I passed on this place several times because the menu didn't look all that interesting. I am really glad I finally tried it. I had the catfish and shrimp. Being from Mississippi, the catfish capital of the world, I have had the best catfish you could ever taste so I am pretty picky. If it's not good I won't even eat it. Soul Fish did not disappoint. The catfish and the shrimp were excellent. I don't typically like sweet hush puppies but they were pretty good also. The baked sweet potato was I great paring I had never tried. I really hate I am just now giving this place a try. Definitely stop by. Not many places left that use top quality ingredients, cook the food themselves, have great service and still have affordable prices but Soul Fish does. I will definitely be back.“

“Me and my daughter had a wonderful time, the food was amazing as usual and we got our food faster than expected. Kaitlyn helped us and she was such a sweetheart! She was very kind to my daughter and made her day!! She was also so excited Kaitlyn remembered her from the last time we came. Overall a great experience and would recommend, definitely my favorite “go-to” location.“

“Great help at the drive thru - I had 2 of my patients with me who are senior citizens and the sweet guy standing outside the drive thru was absolutely won

“Food and service was good, the restaurant was so cold we couldn't sit and enjoy our breakfast. We had to go sit on the car. That is a little ridiculous. Also the only Chic fil a I have ever been in that only has one cashier working up front while others were standing in drive thru doing nothing. More like McDonald's! Not what I'm used too with Chic fil a.“

“Kelo & Amber at Poplar/ Massey make It feel a little like going into your kitchen somebody has prepared breakfast for you. Dependable and pleasant. They have a sweet group of people. Great value, quick and great service. Why else do you go anywhere to eat!?“

“Hey I’m at a door dasher so I visit multiple chick fi la’s all over the city and this one on Austin Peay is by far THE BEST one we have gone to. They are so friendly, on point, quick, and it’s a very good atmosphere but I have to give a SPECIAL shout out to Bri “Brianna” on the morning shift, she went above and beyond to take care of me. Chick fi la needs to send her around to all their other locations to let her give a class on how an excellent employee should behave! She def deserves a raise because we don’t get this service from any other location what’s so ever. So if the managers are reading this you need to take care of her because she is a great example how you would want your employees to behave! Hands down the BEST! Thanks girl for your great service!!“

“I went to Chick-fil-A at South Germantown Rd. Since the moment I crossed that door I felt welcomed. There is a difference in being served and being served with a smile, it opens a new world of comfort and happiness. The treatment was excellent. The food it's good, much better than many other places. Even the drinks were good. They carry it for you to your table. The atmosphere was really nice. I will for sure go back.“

“I always get the seasonal peach milkshake but it doesn’t come out till the summer so I finally tried the frosted lemonade and it was delicious. I was disappointed in my spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwiches are just not the same anymore.“

“The restaurant on Union is not the Chick-fil-A of yesteryear. It is always total confusion and a long wait, even if you have ordered ahead. There are no pleasantries or excuses offered for their terrible service. Likewise nothing is offered as compensation for the long unexplained delay in receiving your food. This is one Chick-fil-A that I will avoid at all costs.“

“You would think the drive thru would move quicker & in order, however it doesn’t. There's no reason why I should get my food while 7 other cars in front of me are still waiting. By the time I leave my food is cold from waiting in line. 3 days ago I was the car being held at the front of the line over 1 drink & 2 cups of ice. While others behind me waited in line with their food for an extended amount of time because the lack of structure somewhere within the building. It should be an easy flow like the other locations. Once that’s resolved then I don’t mind rating a 5 star.“

“Attended this chick fil an around 9 o’clock am 5 days before Christmas and the service was exceptional! The girl who was handing out the orders was especially sweet and kind to me and everyone else. I don’t think I have ever experienced nice restaurant working staff at the airport before“
