We waited awhile before being serviced. Once someone came to our table we received our order quickly. However, my friend bacon was burnt and my order was wrong. I received a potato casserole instead of grits. The buscuits however was delicious.
I ALWAYS have to wait for my order even when I wait 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time. This tome they did not include the $5 meal I ordered because they did not have grilled chicken in cooler. Manager had them cook some but still required additional wait. Pancakes were rubbery so she had them bring out more resulting in further wait

I enjoyed my meal here last night. It was ideal with keeping a low-carb diet while enjoying eating a nice dinner.We were early, around 530 p.m. so, not many patrons at that time. Our server, Trent, took care of our needs as well as our questions about the menu.All Cracker Barrels are designed the same, and this was no exception. It offers a relaxing atmosphere to dine.
