New Orleans Seafood #2

I absolutely love their food . Its cooked to perfection. You can ask for your food to be cooked to your preference. Mine was cooked just as I asked, soft, but done . I can usually make two meals out of one order . I highly recommend you try their food . They have both cooked and a " raw" menu, incase you want to take some fresh fish and seafood home to prepare yourself . Great selection of items .

It's just a little hole in the wall in a nondescript strip mall in Memphis. It is probably because it is so basic that it has taken me this long to admit to myself that this is probably the best fried catfish I have ever had in my life. Well seasoned kind of hard (in a good way) crust that contains the moistest, flaky, clean tasting fish. Seriously. I've been 6 or 8 times over the last couple of years. I was actually on my way to another eatery when I saw this place. I thought, "New Orleans Seafood in Memphis?" So, I pulled over and walked in. The place is super unassuming. I viewed the menu on the wall and thought, "nah, imma be disappointed if I spend money on crab". I decided to try a po boy. I figured if I got a good one, I'd try risk more money on my next visit.
