9/26/23 poor customer service some lady in the back with street clothes on talking to another lady that probably supposedly been at the front counter as I was standing there they both clearly seen me but never came to assist me so after about 6 minutes waiting the other two young ladies actually took my order from the drive through outstanding they gave me good customer service I paid my money to the employee that was working both......I want to say this when you have good help...read full review
It doesn't matter which Wendy's we visit and order a burger with JUST lettuce, tomato, and mayo, and repeat "NO CHEESE", they always make it with CHEESE. EVERY TIME. 06-
