It’s really sad that I was on hold for 45 minutes and I called 2 times ! , and it’s only germantown location horrible I mean horrible !!
Awful location. Rude employees. The woman working tonight looks at you from the door and just snaps name when a delivery drive pulls up.... Smacking gum and blaring music from their cell phones. Store is clean but everything else is just absolutely awful. They need a new front counter woman.
The late-night crew did their thing! My food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The service was quick and everybody was nice, which I really appreciated, especially with it being so late. Definitely one of the better Wingstop experiences I’ve had. Y’all keep it up!

Wingstop in Cordova, TN, is highly praised for its delicious wings and friendly service. Many customers consider it the best wing place in Memphis, with some even giving it a 10-star rating. The wings are consistently fresh, hot, and flavorful, with spices on point. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, often checking on customers to ensure satisfaction. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with the management receiving special commendation for their good attitude and for fixing orders correctly. Despite being busy, the employees work hard to provide good service and create a calming atmosphere. Some reviews mention that it is mainly a take-out spot, and there was no seating available during a visit. A few customers noted minor issues, such as not having salt or to-go boxes, but these did not diminish overall positive impressions. The staff's pride in their work and the consistent quality of food make Wingstop a favorite for many. Overall, it is a reliable, clean, and friendly place to enjoy wings in Cordova.
