“We got the gyros for lunch. They were good. I think they were supposed to be warm? Not sure? Dining room was dirty. Chairs had a lot of grime on them. Tables were dirty. Dining room cashier seemed to have trouble answering a question I had about gyros. Drink/ condiment station could use some attention too. I know it's difficult to get good help. 😕“

“I generally have a good experience here. The food is good. The employees are friendly. The restaurant is clean. However, I want to make management aware that they have a defective tap to pay system. On multiple occasions I've been rejected from ordering because Google pay does not process well on their system. I go to the next restaurant over and order no problem. It's definitely a pattern at this location at this point. And it caused a $30 abandoned order tonight unfortunately as I didn't have my card on me. Thank you for your attention“

“Love this location. Pizza is always great. Order online or on the app with no issues. Usually able to get some good deals as well. They don't deliver to our address, but love that they have a drive-thru window. Staff is always friendly.“

“We are yearly travelers from Ohio, and have to stop by Zaxby’s every year we visit! This location in particular is the one we frequent, and their food and service is always excellent! They’re patient as we always have to check the menu first, and their food is always fresh and delicious! It’s accidentally made its way into our typical traditions while we’re down here, and it’s definitely worth it!“

“We stopped while passing through on a trip today and I will say that they put our local crossville taco bell to shame this location had the best food I have ever ate at taco bell everything was fresh and made how I orded it. Also my cashier was so helpful and friendly over all she made my visit even better I wiil be back here to eat for sure. “This is a Wendy’s. What makes the difference at a restaurant like this? People who care. The manager did a small gesture for me, but it showed me that she actually cares about what happens in this restaurant. It was appreciated. I also saw her helping carry the food for an elderly couple to their table. Kindness and care need to be recognized.“

“I see a lot of negative reviews for this location but I’m leaving this review to give recognition to an employee. Yesterday evening I went to this location and had a pleasant experience. A young man, Dylan, was very courteous and considerate. These days it’s hard to find younger employees that are happy to help, with a smile. He didn’t get flustered as I was trying to modify my order for my picky daughter. Also there was Joshua, he was very pleasant also. With those two young men working together, I’m sure customers will have a better experience at this location.“

“Burger King needs to go back to their original whopper bun. The one you are serving now makes the burger meal taste dry-- even with mustard ketchup and Mayo on it, and all the vegetables! My mom retired from Burger king, so I believe you're a good company and I would like to see your food taste GREAT! This burger simply wasn't hot, but room temperature, and that's another reason why it wasn't very good. Your fries are okay, but they're not great, either. The staff was very attentive!“
