“My husband and I were headed back to VA from Gaitlinburg from Vacation and stopped at this Wendy’s. I have to say in ALL the Wendy’s we’ve eaten at this cashier Andrew was the most kindest, prompt, and knowledgeable employee we have ever seen. He greeted us with the biggest smile, took our order and it was correct in its entirety, and thanked us for stopping by and wished us a safe trip and Merry Christmas. In our home town it’s obvious the employees here hate their job and the customers pay the price with incorrect orders and rudeness. Thank you Andrew for your kindness and that big smile. We appreciate you.“

“Kris and Kaitlyn did and amazing job I work for malones driving a wrecker so I don't have a lot of time to wait for food usually they were fast but caring about what I wanted n how I wanted it made the veggies were all very fresh and looked great they made both my sandwiches loaded up and full of meat and veggies they were very polite they were talking to me and having conversations with me like they actually cared about me as a customer this is the best subway I've been to so far every time is such a great experience and interaction this will be the only one I go to anymore they make ur food the right way lots of meat lots of veggies and just awesome personality definitely made my trip here a great one keep up up the amazing work“

“Love eating here fast food is always prepared property.love the gravy in the chicken strip baskets .tonight asked for a Hawaii blizzard but they don't make that because don't carry coconut but the girl making them worked with me to get close to it .was delicious. “I had a great Reuben: it was good tasting, the bread was firm with great texture: it was nicely wrapped and well sauced. The fries were freshly fried and not soggy at all. The person at the counter was friendly and courteous. She checked on us and removed our tray and trash. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The dining room can use a remodel or at least a refresh. It is tired and dated. The staff and the well prepared food makes this Arby's good. A nicer dining area would make it great“
