“I need to brag on Luke (I’m pretty sure that’s his name😬. I came in to get a drink and there was a guy (who seemed to either be under the influence of something or maybe having a mental health crisis) who was pacing outside, punching the air and just seemed unstable. That same guy then went over to my car and was standing right outside my driver side door and just seemed to be waiting. Luke, the employee noticed this guys behavior and insisted on walking me out to my car. So he walked me out and waited until I was safe inside of it before he walked back into work. Which was very very appreciated! Such a great guy!“

“I just love this location. My coffee (which had multiple add ons) is always consistently SO good. Even when I travel out of town and go to a different Starbucks I notice it’s not quite the same as they make it- which theirs is perfect. But most importantly the workers are seriously awesome. Nice, friendly, fast and efficient. They even write cute things on my cup ☺️ I wish I knew all the workers names so I could put them on here but I hope they know how much I appreciate them! On my Starbucks “wrapped” last year (it’s on the app) it said I visited 12 locations, well this one is definitely my favorite, I would give them 10 stars if I could!!“

“I just wanted to give a shout out for Abby for basically saving me❤️ I'm not allowed to have caffeine due to a heart condition... “Laken and Ethan went above and beyond on my order tonight. My daughter lost a tooth and wanted to get a pink drink with the tooth fairy money. When we made the order and informed them the money was from tooth fairy, they went out of their way to make this little girl feel special.
The extra hearts and tooth fairy drink written on the cup made this purchase extra special.

“While Starbucks builds their restaurants to be identical in quality they simply are not the same. This Starbucks however was as yiu would expect them to be: fast, friendly, efficient and with just the right amount of friendliness - not too sweet but polite and professional. Ordered 2 drinks, both iced. And a breakfast sandwich. Drinks were made well and as ordered. Food was hot. The drive-thru had 4 cars ahead of us but they served us quickly. Definitely put this Starbucks ahead of others!“

“This is absolutely The friendliest Starbucks location in Murfreesboro! Everyone at this location is truly SO kind! I’m always greeted and acknowledged kindly - THIS morning I came in and almost every worker said good morning Destiny and it was a full lobby & everyone was working, , so for literally almost every worker in the store to take a minute and look up and be kind & make little connections with their guests is the reason I come to this location so often. My drinks and food are almost always perfect, In the RARE chance that something is wrong they are so quick and kind to fix it!“

“We are regular Starbucks Gold Members. We hit the drive-through this morning on our way out of town. This barista rocks! She made the best drinks we’ve had in a long time!! We ordered hot Caramel Macchiato, White Mocha and an Americano. They were each perfection. It’s so refreshing to have someone do their job well. Thank you.
