After reading a lot of posts on Reddit regarding the top cocktail bars in Nashville, me and my mates decided on Pullman Standard at my request. Even for folks not as obsessed with coffee drinks as myself, they were all absolutely blown away. This is the absolute best Espresso Martini in Nashville and I would argue it has to be one of the best in the country as well. She’s T H I C C, creamy, not a sugar bomb, and it deviates from the 3 bean garnish with a delightful, tasteful placement of coffee grounds. Nice, quiet, elegant environment and the bartender was super cool even after our group orders like 35 of these. Will return next time I’m in town.“

“We checked this place out last Saturday and it was everything we'd hoped for. I'm currently adding an Absinthe program to a new concept I'm building and the gentlemen that took care of us (ashamed that I forgot his name) was a rockstar! He took the time to educate us on different techniques and the differences between Absinthes of different origins. We asked him to surprise us with chocolate and Absinthe pairings and he surely did not disappoint. If you are new to this world, have no fear. The bartenders were friendly, the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the attention to detail made me feel like I was in a secret lounge. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here. We had great service from Sharron and Emily making it a wonderful experience

“Great experience at Pelican and Pig! We sat at the chef's counter and found it very interesting to be able to watch the crew work and ask a few questions. They were very personable. Our server was great as well. We loved how the courses were separated so that we were able to enjoy each dish on its own. Having never had corn ribs before, we were blown away by how good they were. In fact, everything we tried was delicious. The ribeye steak though... one of the best steaks we have ever had. Highly recommend Pelican and Pig!“

One More delivered.I stayed for many hours sampling the nice menu. I was by myself, hanging out for a couple hours before my show. I chatted with Kory and enjoyed myself. Great service even when they started getting busy. As a person that has been in the service industry, it's clear Kory cared about the guests and making a fine cocktail.While you may spend some money here, it's worth every penny in my mind. “We recently celebrated our organization’s anniversary at this beautiful and charming location. It sets you back into a decor of an era when music was a focus point of society. It has beautiful furniture and decorations, and a spectacular bar. The staff was beyond supportive, our coordinator Eunice had been so thoughtful and prepared a menu of our drink selections and bites for the evening. She was very transparent on cost and really helped us stay on budget. They allowed us to bring a celebration cake and little plates and decorations. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and a better support staff than what we had at Golden Sound. You have to put this on your visitation list when you go to Nashville.“

My menu came with a Happy Birthday Anna written on it. The whole experience was really special. Everyone was just friendly and did their job over and above expectations. The food was very good. My daughter and I split a 12 oz Cowgirl ribeye which was perfect. My son got the Cowboy ribeye and he said it was amazing. The Mac n cheese was good. My DIL got the pasta primavera and she liked it. This was our first time visiting, they had a “Christmas Eve” menu which looked delicious but we came with our hearts set on the steak; no questions asked the kitchen was happy to adjust, we received the best steak we have tasted yet!
