“Used the curbside pick up option for grabbing dinner. Had plenty of spots available. The staff that brought my order was kind and courteous. Food was fresh and fries were so yummy. The app automatically applied the buy one, get one for a $1 promo so that was awesome.“
“Everything was great for once the service and food was hot
Parking: Everyone was nice I enjoy going to this McDonald’s
Kid-friendliness: Big play ground
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors have a button to open“
“Just stopping by on our way through town on a road trip. My daughters and I all ordered separately (because they want their own rewards in the app ?) and all of the orders were correct. My sandwich was well put together, hot, and tasted good. Customization requests (removal of specific ingredients) were correctly followed. My caramel iced coffee was really good, and the customization there (light ice, extra espresso shot) was also correct.
Would definitely eat here again.
Vegetarian options: Don't know about vegan, but plenty of meat free breakfast items. (I love eggs and need the protein, so I'm definitely eating those.)“
“We were able to order a milkshake, the fries were hot and fresh, the cashier made sure to note which drink was diet and which one wasn’t, and we got plenty of sauce. Although it seemed like a busy lunch rush, staff were friendly and fast, and our food was hot and fresh.“
“Stopped for lunch while working in this area. Fóod was standard McDonald's fare but fresh, hot and tasty. Dined in with order taken and food served at the table with alacrity by Jeremiah. His approach to customer service is a very good reason to return. Great job Jeremiah!“
“This particular McDonald's has the absolute BEST sweet tea! I've been to all the McDonald's in Nashville and surrounding areas, and this McDonald's sweet tea is the best of them all! Their sweet tea is actually better than most upscale restaurants, in my opinion!“
“We love the $5 meal deal! A fried chicken sandwich that you can customize. It comes with your choice of a drink, fries and chicken nuggets. If you eat in they will bring it to your table! They also have a kiosk to order and customize your food. The food is usually warm or even hot, luck of the draw. The plain vanilla ice cream in a cup was definitely worth it because it paired well with the soft drink.“
“Standard experience - they did a nice job including jelly and condiments.
Folks were friendly and we had hot delicious food.
I ordered through the ap.
Vegetarian options: Not really much for vegetarians
Dietary restrictions: Not many healthy options. The apple slices cost $1 for about a third of an apple, whereas that pie is only $1.29 - do better McDonald's!!
Parking: Plenty of spaces
Kid-friendliness: Yup!
Wheelchair accessibility: Standard accessibility“
“Stop the early in the morning to get to chicken mcgriddles. They were hot and fresh. Service was quick, easy and polite.
Parking: Lots of free parking
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. Also. They are located across the street from a park.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few wheelchair parking spots right up front.“
“This McDonald's location stands out as one of the best in the Hermitage/Mt. Juliet area. The bacon double quarter pounder with extra cheese came out hot, juicy, and packed with flavor, a noticeable improvement from other locations where the burger can often be dry and lackluster. The fries were perfectly hot and crispy, just the way they should be. The staff is friendly, attentive, and seem genuinely invested in providing great service.
If you're nearby, this spot is definitely worth a visit. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and has a play area that’s perfect for kids, making it a good choice for families looking for a quick and enjoyable stop. Overall, this location delivers a quality experience that you don't always find at fast food chains.
Kid-friendliness: Has plenty of high chairs and a play den.“
“It's okay it's just a bunch of kids I only go to the drive-thru and get a caramel frappe and a double cheeseburger if I get a burger they have me hooked on their caramel frappes I love them
Parking: I only go through the drive-thru
Kid-friendliness: They seem to be nice for kids because their kids their self
Wheelchair accessibility: What does wheelchair accessible“
“This is a good McDonald’s. McDonald’s is one of my vices. I go every once in a while to get my fix. Food is typical of other McDonald’s. Staff has always been very nice, and the restaurant is kept clean. You can’t go wrong with most McDonald’s, and this one is one of the good ones.“
“Not only was our food good but the best miracle of all was when my husband left his wallet on the counter and didn’t realize it until we were 2 1/2 hours down the road. A family member went down there to see if it was still there, and not only was there, but not one thing was taken! It reminded us again that there are definitely nice people still in this world!!!! Thank you to the manager and staff working that day!“
“Fast service, Friendly employees, Plenty of parking. The store has an usual Entrance and exit. Don't know how to explain it. It's a little hard to get into the parking lot from the Rd. It's sorta like the restaurant was built in a remaining lot and was squeezed in! Other than that great experience and they got their stuff together. A+++
Parking: Weird entrance and exit.“
“What can I say. I have never had a problem with this McDonald's. Honestly I think it's some of the freshest food you can get from McDonald's. I just got a steak egg and cheese McMuffin. And it literally was fresh off The griddle. Think it's been the best sandwich I've had so far. I personally recommend this McDonald's“
“Service was good, but Restaurant was nasty. French fries on the counter from the day before because they don't serve French fries at breakfast but they were still On the counter. Nat flying around everywhere. Tables We're Dirty. There was all kinds of trash bags cups everything leads all on the floor behind the cash registers. we're busy but maybe they need more help and have someone to clean the tables.“
“Honestly this is the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to in Nashville. Customer service is always top notch and the staff are always friendly. They make conversation with you which creates a positive experience. Additionally, the service is always very quick and my orders are always right. Vinny (the manager) is an excellent guy also. He always ensures everything is up to standard. Rarely ever do I have 10/10 service each time but this location never fails.“
“Awesome
Vegetarian options: Friendly people
Dietary restrictions: Not sure
Parking: Food always fresh
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Clean. Brought food. Tables clean. All food was received as ordered which is amazing - special orders. Music enjoyable and able to hear but not too loud. Uplifting. I live the blue/yellow color scheme with bridge. I am appreciative that not every location is different instead of uniform. It makes dining in such an experience again.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. For those with sensory issues/auditory dysfunction it was not too loud or busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Everything was ok but the fries were cold and nasty.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. They have handicap parking up front for anyone that needs it. They have parking for people that order online and want curbside service. They only have 2 spots though. They could use a couple more.“
“Overall, I can say that this place is clean, bathrooms are orderly, and has a play area for you all that bring your children. The employees are respectful. How ever I feel like the separation between the employees and customers takes away from the establishment.“
“I used to love going to McDonald's but lately my food isn't prepared correctly and I encounter a rude employee. I specifically asked for no cheese on one of my sandwiches, it had cheese. This happens a lot. The person taking orders definitely needs customer service training.“
“First and foremost, I would like to say for the trouble of what is worth I feel like it is very awesome that is McDonald's establishment has a homeland security guard whom not only is there assisting and keeping all employees and the general public and McDonald guest whom commute the area of Nashville AKA Ca$hville safe not to mention we witnessed that this homeland security guard whom was fully vested and walking around helping keep the property safe was also helping assist the McDonald's staff by personally carrying out each mobile order just to make sure people seen the establishment was under security administration protection. Not to mention even though I feel it would be unnecessary to keep our McDonald's in Warren County Tennessee locked with a coded door lock requesting an employee before they let you into bathroom. However, I feel like at the Nashville location it's more of a safety protocol not to mention I feel like it helps keep the establishment from those who loiter and for what it's worth it helps monitor the protective safety of customers and employees. I also observed that the guard / home security land officer was walking each mobile order outside to customers he would also take the time to run any suspicious activity by cross-referencing it with the usage of a cell phone and his Wireless Dre Beats Air Pods just to ensure and look for suspicious tags and or see if cars were legally registered ect. Hands down we enjoyed our lunch after a drive to the St Thomas Midtown location in Nashville TN. We look forward to hopefully eating their again possibly when we return in February!! 😄🤟🏼🫡🙏🏼“
“I tend to stop here after work when I'm too hungry to wait till home. The line is always quick unless it's a Friday night. Food is always good and fresh and staff is friendly while not being overly friendly you know? I work retail myself, so don't expect the over the top robotic or puppy dog friendliness, nor do I really want that. Only complaint I can even make is it once took a few days to get more syrup for the sprite and getting lemon lime seltzer water essentially isn't what I wanted, but I had asked and they said they were waiting on the next shipment so not their fault really. And I was once haggled for change by a seemingly homeless guy, but that comes with being in Nashville. Overall amazing and in my opinion, better than some of the other Nashville McDonald's.“
“In the morning time there is the sweetest older woman who drive thru. She makes my visit there each time a wonderful visit. The food is quick and edible but the service in the morning is ALWAYS GREAT!
Parking: The establishment is parking for anyone anytime.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and happy meal, booths and tables.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramp, handicap parking“
“Food is usually good this location McDonald's is the worst location location as far as speed and how long you have to wait for something every time I go to this McDonald's I wait 30 minutes at least once I went just for a mcchicken and waited 25 minutes. And when you go inside and you wait at the counter the employees always act like they don't see you.“
“I have to say and highlight that the treatment they gave me was 5 stars and more, the lady who served us (María Garza) was super nice, very kind and helpful.
Super attentive, with those of us who were already eating in the living room.
I wish everyone were like her.“
“Kariah and the sweet Indian lady (didn’t catch your name, angel, but Namaskar) were incredibly sweet and kind on this Sunday morning.
I’m DEFINITELY not a frequent flyer of McDonalds but I was pressed for time this morning.
The food was hot and fresh, and the employees mentioned above were absolutely fantastic.
When individuals are allowed to be themselves and show up with common human decency it creates an atmosphere worth attending.
Thank you, ladies!! Great smiles and outstanding attitudes!! I hope you both have a fabulous day.
McDonalds? Pay these people a living wage because your future is not about the machines in your lobby. It’s the humanitarian part.“
