“The nicest and most polite McDonalds I have ever enjoyed. Food is hot and fresh. Service is spot on for items you need to have an enjoyable meal. And there is always someone cleaning!! Major bonus points for us.

“Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Everything was excellent and calm and peaceful. There was even a whole comfy couch where you can seat and eat on. The employees were very pleasant and cared for your needs and good service. Definitely coming here more often whenever I get the chance!“

“This is a really well ran McDonald's especially for being open 24 hours being at Nolensville Pike Road and Bell Road basically in a really busy neighborhood a bit of a slight language barrier but everybody there seems to speak English well enough as well as very good Spanish I got to say this is one of the better McDonald's I've been to in a while. “I can always find something great on the menu at McDonald's. I like the two cheeseburger meal, as well as the Big Mac, the Quarter Pounder, the fries, the caramel sundae, a vanilla milkshake, or a hot chocolate. Parking: Lots of free parking

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. Also. They are located across the street from a park.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few wheelchair parking spots right up front.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to say something about Richard at this McDonald’s. Dude was genuinely cool and had great energy the whole time. Super polite, quick, and actually paid attention to my order instead of just rushing me through like most places do. And I’m not even joking… the food just hit different. Everything tasted fresh, and somehow even the sauce tasted extra creamy 😭 like I don’t know what he did back there, but it was on point. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just there to clock in and leave. McDonald’s needs more people like Richard for real.“

“I had a good experience at McDonald’s. The food came out fresh and hot, and my order was prepared correctly. The staff was friendly and the service was pretty quick even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and everything was well organized. Overall, a solid experience and a convenient place to grab a quick meal.“

“Update 6/17/26: This location is improving. There are still some issues, but these are more a nitpick than anything. So far my last few visits have been good.

The more I visit this location, the more frustrated I become. For the past 4 to 5 visits, the following instances have occurred:

- The speaker at the drive thru not understanding my order.
- Misplacing an entire breakfast sandwich.
- Not topping off my drink when I mentioned it to an employee, but stated to me that she's not allowed to do that.
- Giving me someone else's order and trading it back for my order. When I did receive my order, I was missing a medium fry, and my burger was open and sideways.

All of these events tell me that they're not even considering putting any sort of care when preparing and handing my food. Now I get it. I've been in their shoes before, and I don't like to constantly argue at people trying to make a living, but considering everything that I've experienced at this location I will most likely not be returning anytime soon.“

“I've had nothing but excellent service from this McDonalds for years. I live at dover glen and Ive complimented the manager several times. I consider this location to be one of the top McDonalds on the whole entire planet. The service is superb.“

“Best customer service crew I have ever visited! I love the old WSM Radio antenna they have on top of the restaurant! It sets the theme for the inside... with a display of instruments used years ago! Enjoy inside dining listening to guest musicians! One of a kind shopping within walking distance after you enjoy your meal! “This visit in Bowling Green, across from the VA clinic, was the best visit EVER! And I mean EVER!! This was the nicest and most efficient crew I have ever experienced. “Darius, who was working the drive thru tonight deserves a special shout out. He saw that my drink was overflowing and got a new lid so it didn’t spill everywhere when he handed it out the window. He deserves a raise!“

“I stopped by to grab lunch for my son and accidentally left my wallet in the restroom without realizing it. Hours later, I discovered it was missing and rushed back, hoping for the best.

Thankfully, Aiesa (I apologize if I misspelled your name) had found my wallet and kept it safe. She even went above and beyond by calling every phone number she could find inside in an effort to reach me. When I returned a few hours later, everything was still there, and she kindly apologized for not being able to get in touch with me.

I honestly couldn’t have been more grateful for Aiesa and her team. In a world where it’s easy to hear about the negative, it’s important to recognize people who do the right thing. Thank you for your honesty, kindness, and outstanding customer service. It meant more than you know.“

“Maybe I’m an easy sell, but I love it that they call me a valued customer. For an occasional treat, I love their caramel frappe or a crispy, crunchy, hashbrown.
