“To my lovely Mexican people working on 1/26/2026, 8:42 pm they did an amazing job. The line was packed and in went down in less then 5 minutes. The guy on the speaker was calm and amazing. The food was hot, fresh and perfect. By far the best service ever. They know how to handle a rush. They all deserve a raise and the praise. Every single one of them working that night did an amazing job, whoever manages this location does it amazingly. Best location.“

“Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Everything was excellent and calm and peaceful. There was even a whole comfy couch where you can seat and eat on. The employees were very pleasant and cared for your needs and good service. Definitely coming here more often whenever I get the chance!“

“This is a really well ran McDonald's especially for being open 24 hours being at Nolensville Pike Road and Bell Road basically in a really busy neighborhood a bit of a slight language barrier but everybody there seems to speak English well enough as well as very good Spanish I got to say this is one of the better McDonald's I've been to in a while. “I’ve been getting bacon egg and cheese bagels from McDonald’s since I moved to Chicago in 2017, and I had the best one I’ve ever had this morning at this location. It had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings, the bagel was soft, and nothing was lopsided. Thanks for a good breakfast!“

“I never thought I would write a review for McDonald’s but this location is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. The fries are always crispy and hot, the hamburgers are always fresh with perfectly soft buns, and the Diet Cokes are always crisp. My orders are always correct and the people who work there are so kind. If you are craving McDonald’s in Nashville, this is the location to go to. I personally go out of my way to this location whenever I have a craving.

Within 15 minutes, I was able to pick up two different orders, and the customer service was truly above and beyond. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made my experience exceptional. “Honestly this is the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to in Nashville. Customer service is always top notch and the staff are always friendly. They make conversation with you which creates a positive experience. Additionally, the service is always very quick and my orders are always right. Vinny (the manager) is an excellent guy also. He always ensures everything is up to standard. Rarely ever do I have 10/10 service each time but this location never fails.“

“It’s a regular McDonald’s but the employees make the difference. I don’t have all the names but they are all friendly even when it’s busy.

For me I use the app which is a new thing as an old timer. The employees are always fine me asking if I got the right location 😁

“This is a good McDonald’s. McDonald’s is one of my vices. I go every once in a while to get my fix. Food is typical of other McDonald’s. Staff has always been very nice, and the restaurant is kept clean. You can’t go wrong with most McDonald’s, and this one is one of the good ones.“

“Stop the early in the morning to get to chicken mcgriddles. They were hot and fresh. Service was quick, easy and polite.

Parking: Lots of free parking

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. Also. They are located across the street from a park.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few wheelchair parking spots right up front.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to say something about Richard at this McDonald’s. Dude was genuinely cool and had great energy the whole time. Super polite, quick, and actually paid attention to my order instead of just rushing me through like most places do. And I’m not even joking… the food just hit different. Everything tasted fresh, and somehow even the sauce tasted extra creamy 😭 like I don’t know what he did back there, but it was on point. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just there to clock in and leave. McDonald’s needs more people like Richard for real.“

They were making fresh FF and they politely asked me pull to Aile 1 parking. Came with fresh hot food very timely.
The person who took the payment (Window 1) was very polite and dod some small talks, which i appreciated (I know some people don't like that, but I do).
Overall, better service than few other McDonald's that I have been to.“

“Best customer service crew I have ever visited! I love the old WSM Radio antenna they have on top of the restaurant! It sets the theme for the inside... with a display of instruments used years ago! Enjoy inside dining listening to guest musicians! One of a kind shopping within walking distance after you enjoy your meal! Great atmosphere and beautiful area with lots of Nashvile history on the banks of the beautiful Cumberland River!“

“I came through this McDonalds (2499 Murfreesboro pk) and I HAD to leave a review for the cashier whom took my order tonight! It is 216 am and I have had the BEST service I’ve had from this store in a long time! Jeffery was so extremely kind and so helpful taking my order! I gave 5 stars just for his service tonight! I hope he can get a raise or something because not too many customer service people out here being that kind! He offered to make sure the sauce I asked for was in stock and everything ! “This is the most well folded & packaged burrito I've ever seen from McDonald's. I'm so used to unraveling the wrapper with caution, because sausage & egg usually fall out from a half-ass rolled burrito. That didnt happen today. This may be a silly review.
