McDonald's in Nashville

“Kariah and the sweet Indian lady (didn’t catch your name, angel, but Namaskar) were incredibly sweet and kind on this Sunday morning.
I’m DEFINITELY not a frequent flyer of McDonalds but I was pressed for time this morning.
The food was hot and fresh, and the employees mentioned above were absolutely fantastic.

When individuals are allowed to be themselves and show up with common human decency it creates an atmosphere worth attending.

Thank you, ladies!! Great smiles and outstanding attitudes!! I hope you both have a fabulous day.

McDonalds? Pay these people a living wage because your future is not about the machines in your lobby. It’s the humanitarian part.“

“Used the curbside pick up option for grabbing dinner. Had plenty of spots available. The staff that brought my order was kind and courteous. Food was fresh and fries were so yummy. The app automatically applied the buy one, get one for a $1 promo so that was awesome.“

“I deliver for DoorDash at various restaurants and locations, but this McDonald’s branch really stood out. Within 15 minutes, I was able to pick up two different orders, and the customer service was truly above and beyond. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made my experience exceptional. “Honestly this is the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to in Nashville. Customer service is always top notch and the staff are always friendly. They make conversation with you which creates a positive experience. Additionally, the service is always very quick and my orders are always right. Vinny (the manager) is an excellent guy also. He always ensures everything is up to standard. Rarely ever do I have 10/10 service each time but this location never fails.“

“Stop the early in the morning to get to chicken mcgriddles. They were hot and fresh. Service was quick, easy and polite.

Parking: Lots of free parking

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. Also. They are located across the street from a park.

“This McDonald's location stands out as one of the best in the Hermitage/Mt. Juliet area. The bacon double quarter pounder with extra cheese came out hot, juicy, and packed with flavor, a noticeable improvement from other locations where the burger can often be dry and lackluster. The fries were perfectly hot and crispy, just the way they should be. The staff is friendly, attentive, and seem genuinely invested in providing great service.

If you're nearby, this spot is definitely worth a visit. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and has a play area that’s perfect for kids, making it a good choice for families looking for a quick and enjoyable stop. “I never thought I would write a review for McDonald’s but this location is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. The fries are always crispy and hot, the hamburgers are always fresh with perfectly soft buns, and the Diet Cokes are always crisp. My orders are always correct and the people who work there are so kind. If you are craving McDonald’s in Nashville, this is the location to go to. I personally go out of my way to this location whenever I have a craving.

“This is a good McDonald’s. McDonald’s is one of my vices. I go every once in a while to get my fix. Food is typical of other McDonald’s. Staff has always been very nice, and the restaurant is kept clean. You can’t go wrong with most McDonald’s, and this one is one of the good ones.“

“Stopped for lunch while working in this area. Fóod was standard McDonald's fare but fresh, hot and tasty. Dined in with order taken and food served at the table with alacrity by Jeremiah. His approach to customer service is a very good reason to return. Great job Jeremiah!“

“Service was good, but Restaurant was nasty. French fries on the counter from the day before because they don't serve French fries at breakfast but they were still On the counter. Nat flying around everywhere. Tables We're Dirty. There was all kinds of trash bags cups everything leads all on the floor behind the cash registers. we're busy but maybe they need more help and have someone to clean the tables.“

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. They have handicap parking up front for anyone that needs it. They have parking for people that order online and want curbside service. They only have 2 spots though. They could use a couple more.“

“This is one of the McDonald's that I go to often. I normally just drive through. The parking in the area is kind of tight. And the parking also is under a pay system. Usually customers don't need to pay. Security guards are in the area to protect those are going to the restaurant. Unfortunately there is a homeless population that comes around frequently. The service is okay however sometimes you can tell that a manager is speaking behind your back on some things as the staff begins to snicker and laugh. The food and the drinks that are hot can sometimes be unfortunately lukewarm. Those things are a cold are indeed cold. I would suggest that for your hot coffees and your warm items that you make sure they are told to make sure that it is hot. For any Mcdonald's, I would advise you to use the app for discounts and also to get free perks. For this location, it's best to zip in or drive-thru and get out of there.“

“It's okay it's just a bunch of kids I only go to the drive-thru and get a caramel frappe and a double cheeseburger if I get a burger they have me hooked on their caramel frappes I love them

“The young man at the first drive through window was very respectful and patient with me when I assumed that he was playing like he couldn’t hear me he was very respectful and calm I didn’t get his name sadly. The whole team there tonight is on point. 9/7/25 btw please get the young man a new headset or something for excellent customer service and not working“

“Not only was our food good but the best miracle of all was when my husband left his wallet on the counter and didn’t realize it until we were 2 1/2 hours down the road. A family member went down there to see if it was still there, and not only was there, but not one thing was taken! It reminded us again that there are definitely nice people still in this world!!!! Thank you to the manager and staff working that day!“

“What can I say. I have never had a problem with this McDonald's. Honestly I think it's some of the freshest food you can get from McDonald's. I just got a steak egg and cheese McMuffin. “Best customer service crew I have ever visited! I love the old WSM Radio antenna they have on top of the restaurant! It sets the theme for the inside... with a display of instruments used years ago! Enjoy inside dining listening to guest musicians! One of a kind shopping within walking distance after you enjoy your meal! Great atmosphere and beautiful area with lots of Nashvile history on the banks of the beautiful Cumberland River!“

“First time eating here, and they were SUPER busy. Despite that, my food was ready very quickly, and they DID NOT SKIMP ON THE FRIES. This may be the first time in years, where I ordered a large fry, and got a FULL container of large fries. Also, if you're like me, and like a lot of condiments on your burger, and ask for extra anything--again, this may be the first time in years, but I actually GOT extra condiments on my burgers.

My only complaint is that my burgers seemed to have been slingshotted into the wrappers, as the cheese, and pickles were half off the burger.“

“Overall, I can say that this place is clean, bathrooms are orderly, and has a play area for you all that bring your children. The employees are respectful. How ever I feel like the separation between the employees and customers takes away from the establishment.“

“I travel all the time and use drive-thru. The store seemed to be struggling delivering food to the wrong customers and it was very busy and the workers seem to be overwhelmed and disjointed. The french fries were cold and practically uncooked. I saw a sign on the drive-thru window to contact a phone number because it was privately owned. That should have been my first flag that was going to be a problem. Mcdonald's come on.“
