“I highly, highly, highly recommend Wednesday's Jerk Chicken Special at Rae's Gourmet Sandwiches on Union. That is, if you enjoy involuntarily and pitifully yelping as you jump straight up out of, and pretty much fall off of, your office chair from the incredibly delicious and even more incredibly painful heat of the spices with your very first bite. The instantaneous clearing of any toxins in your body is spectacular. No worries, though, these antics go entirely unnoticed by your co-corkers who don't even hear you yelp because, while it seems to be ear splitting in your own head, the spices have actually sucked the breath out of you and it is a silent scream. Even as you walk in circular fashion around the office frantically flapping your arms like a chicken trying to whip up some semblance of a cool breeze to save yourself, you'll only come to realize that your co-workers think this behavior is normal for you. The only dismaying part of your lunch experience will be if you were stupid, like me, and only got a half order. #pahotwingsareforwussies“

“Real simple concept, place order head on website and you’re good to go for pickup probably within a few minutes. Food is top notch quality-wise. Highly recommend the siracha aoli sauce on anything they have. Overall 10/10 and you can’t beat the prices. Only thing I wish they had is a side option for hash browns of some sort, either with bites or a large handheld one.“

“Cozy sandwich shop, friendly service as soon as you walk in the door. The Philly on a wrap is really tasty and my wife loved the BLT. "Atmosphere" got 4-stars because the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no free option for a cup of water. The only bottle water option they had was Dasani (hashtag vomit ?) Overall this is a great place for a quick bite and within a few easy steps walking distance from Broadway.

He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, answered our questions with a smile, and made great recommendations that we loved. “My doctor in Nashville recommended it to us for lunch. The food was delicious and I brought home a bowl for my husband. It too was delicious. We ate it the next day. Be sure to check out their potatoe soup.We will have to check out the new one on Murray KY. Can't wait!“

It's always been the one knock on Penn station. Bland. In need of seasoning. I've already started referring people to this location because of it!“

“My dear friend, do not trust these bad reviews as they will lead you astray from a magnificent subway experience. Going to this subway felt like loving for the first time. I get butterflies and break out a cold sweat. Oh how I love this subway location. The crew here runs a tight ship, better than the pilgrims even. They are friendly charming and they smell like a field of roses on a warm summer night as you watch shooting stars. Portion sizing is much better than the inferior Nashville subway location. Store is cleaner than a semiconductor assembly room. Come see my boi Roy, he’ll get you right. My mans even gave me a free cookie, and I did a triumphant jig. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL SUBWAY FR.

“After placing an uber eats order that was unfortunately taken by the driver. I contacted the store to see if my ordered had been picked up as the uber drivers kept changing and my order was seemingly not coming. I called the store and the staff was very helpful and told me that the order was picked up a bit ago by a driver but must of been taken as they had uber drivers still coming to pick up the items but the order was already gone. The store helped me get my order and even upgraded my sandwich to a larger size due to the difficulty. I was very pleased as they did not mess up the order but still felt the need to satisfied their customer. I appreciate it greatly and will continue to come to this location for the quick and quality service!“

“Got what you come to expect from a subway. The usual aesthetic, clean, average amount of seating. Staff was kind and helpful. I also never experienced a long line here so you're able to get your food very promptly.

Parking: Shares parking lot with a few other stores that it is connected to but I've never seen it so busy that parking was any sort of issue.“

This establishment, purporting to purvey comestibles of a submarine nature, was an exercise in utter futility. Upon my ingress, I was confronted by a lackadaisical individual, ostensibly employed as a purser of provisions, who exhibited a profound disinclination towards any semblance of industriousness. This indolent specimen seemed more preoccupied with a state of Brownian motion in a circumscribed area than with the expeditious fulfillment of patronly requirements.
The sheer torpor emanating from this individual was almost palpable, creating an atmosphere of languor that permeated the very air. While I, a prospective consumer with pecuniary resources at my disposal, awaited acknowledgment, this paragon of sloth remained in a state of inert contemplation. It was a truly execrable display of unprofessionalism, leaving me with a distinct impression of utter dissatisfaction and a profound regret for having even deigned to darken their threshold. I shall certainly endeavor to dissuade any acquaintances from patronizing this lamentable excuse for a delicatessen.“

“The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! “Having worked at Subway I completely understand your line might get cluttered, You're putting toppings on so fast there's no time to brush off the excess before someone snaps a picture. The management I was under before I became one would fire people at the drop of a hat if they couldn't make a sandwich in 45 seconds... Yes there was a stopwatch. Subway has a high turnover rate for these reasons. So next time lady that's scowling 3 people behind me and harassing the person making MY sandwiches. Wait your turn because your complaints don't even phase Subway workers... They're used to it regardless!“

“Just got back from Big G's. This is my 2nd time ever going there. I love the white fish! However, I was given catfish and not what I ordered. Very unhappy about that! The fish I got the first time was perfectly cooked. While waiting for my order the conversations of other customers is funny? It's a rough area but I do like the fish!?“

“Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “Friday, May 16 around 11am…I just visited this Jersey Mikes for some lunch. Let me tell you how much I enjoyed this visit. The second I opened the door I was greeted with such a warm welcome but each and every team member. The team was extremely personable and I witness them treat every guest the same that walked in and observed how they conversed with guests. The tone was good, the body language was great and i appreciated how personable they were. I oversee Customer Service for a fast casual restaurant myself and I preach this exact practice to our team, as well. This is the foundation to a great customer experience. It’s not often restaurants provide you with this. Thank you to the team on this shift for providing me business with pleasure. I will definitely be back soon. Also, my sandwich is delicious too.“

“While this Subway can be hit or miss as far as customer service, they do make great subs. Unfortunately, when I went there yesterday, I noticed that they had raised the prices on everything and they are evidently having issues with receiving certain ingredients. I have a feeling they are dealing with some of the financial ramifications of certain things going on in the world right now. Other than that, I would recommend this Subway for good food. The only reason they lost one star was because of the customer service at the time.“

“Visiting from out of town when I tried this place. I had a cappuccino and a chocolate dipped canoli and WOW it was delicious! I can also tell the coffee is high quality; cappuccinos are surprisingly hard for coffee shops to nail, I've noticed, but this place did it right! If I was a local I'd be coming here all the time. Some of the other reviewers for this place seem questionable in their authenticity, to say the least. The people I spoke with were pleasant. The place has a nice character to it.“
