“Do not let the humble exterior of Martha My Dear fool you. I had a first class experience at this lounge that is off the beaten path in Nashville. Seeing a Cynar neon sign and vintage Amaro posters everywhere was an indication that this place knows their spirits. Bar service was fast and friendly...even on a Friday night. I had a few cocktails from the menu and one or two off the menu and was not disappointed. Their Negroni and Sidecar were top notch.

From initial contact by DJ Jane Dupree to handling of contracts and payments with venue owners, to bar and security staff. The patrons are lively and committed, as this truly is a one of a kind. This gem is a labor of love that is BY Artists, FOR Artists. Their time spent building, creating, and execution are all on point! Their level of professionalism is superior. The amount of flexibility, communication, hospitality and attention to detail were astounding. Their willingness to adapt to any issue thrown their way make them a dream to work with. As an attendee, whom has never been to Nashville, let alone their venue . . . they recommended food, entertainment, and even a barber. We were able to enjoy music we had never heard, had prompt service at their diversely stocked bar, and met new people that we will be speaking with in the future. The interactive nature of the venue, ensures there is plenty to explore while visiting. They craft themed events so each experience is different from the last. “We were in Nashville for a wedding and only had time for one dinner and I'm boy am I glad we came here.

I rarely visit a restaurant where everrything we ate was fantastic. We got the focaccia to start, it was topped with roasted garlic crisps, so simple but nonetheless delicious. We also got the broccolini, which was well balanced and the sweet potato which I equate to the michilen version of a sweet potato casserole. Finished with the NY strip and chocolate chip cookies, and by finish I mean clean plate club.

The ambiance and service was also excellent, so warm and friendly. Our server was also kind enough to give us a whole list of other restaurant recommendations.

This place is such a hidden gem.
I almost don't want to write about it to keep it that way. To quote our lovely server, they dont have a huge menu but everything they have, they do very well.

“The Twelve Thirty Club - Honky Tonk My family and I had recently dinner here for our first night together in Nashville. We were lucky enough to have Cassidy waiting on us and we were blown away with the level of service provided to us. Cassidy was patient with our group and had the most positive attitude. For those of us that informed her we’d be sharing an entree, we were pleasantly surprised that when the food was delivered to our table, everything was divvied up and plated perfectly. We appreciated the level of care that Cassidy provided to our family. We also met the manager Shaun who also provided our family with genuine care. He took time to check in on us and even just casually converse. We ended up stopping in again two days later for lunch. This time we sat at the bar and had great staff and bartenders waiting on us. Once again, Shaun let us talk his ear off. We felt that Shaun treated us not just like valued customers but like friends. He was so kind and sincere. This place should be on everyone’s “must try” list for their visit to Nashville. During our four day trip, the service we received at The Twelve Thirty Club could not be matched anywhere else we went!“

Branson was our server and he did an incredible job - very knowledgeable about everything on the menu and overall kind and courteous. Our split steak came out a little under cooked for my husband (perfect for me though so we weren’t going to say anything!) but Branson immediately noticed and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The former residence has multiple rooms, on two levels, and our one regret is that we sat in a room with about ten tables, and the hard-scape decor meant that the noise level was just below the decibel level of bars on Broadway Stu’s neon district.“

“This is one of the best places I have been. My partner and I tried this on our spring break and fell in love with the food and the vibe and the people. The lunch set tasting menu included 4 wonderful dishes. Each better than the last. Our favorite was the beef tartar. The General Tso’s plate was also spectacular! From the moment we were seated in a private room on the 34th floor, overlooking the stunning Nashville skyline, we knew we were in for a special evening. Our server, Nick, deserves 10 stars—hands down the best service we’ve ever had! He brought the menu to life, describing each dish so vividly that you could almost taste it before it arrived. His knowledge and passion for the food, especially the signature dishes from the wood-fired grill, made the experience even more memorable. “Had a bit of a dine around in Printers Alley this past Friday for my birthday and Black Rabbit was our first stop. We started the evening here for a few drinks and small plates. I also needed to go support this year's Iron Fork Mixology Competition winner Kenichi Saito and enjoy another award-winning Stardust! It was just as delicious as the first time but this time around I got to enjoy the entire drink guilt free. I also ordered the Mezcal Old Fashioned and The Hoffa Connection. Both were great. They have several Old Fashioneds (vodka, gin, and Bourbon) and I want to go back and try them all! We also enjoyed the Rabbit Rolls, the Pork Tacos from the happy hour menu, some sourdough, and the cacio e pepe. We thoroughly found everything to be delicious and wouldn't hesitate to order what we had again; although I'd like to try the rest of the menu too. Service was great and we can't wait to return.
