“My family and I came by at 11:45 am today to get 3 chicken biscuits and 1 biscuits and gravy. Service was super fast and the lady who gave us our food was very friendly (and she gave us a bunch of coupons). The gravy was delicious and i got a huge amount. Everyone enjoyed their chicken biscuits as well.“

“I've lived a 10 minute walk from this place for years, since back when it was the Pure. Back when the food came from that truck. Everything about this place is awesome. From the new ownership of the business, to the absolutely incredible food. It's unassuming, but if you ever find yourself in or driving through hermitage, this is the best spot in town.“

“My first time eating at Raising Cane's was in Nashville, Tennessee on Broadway and it was great! The chicken was tender. The breading was light and flaky. The sauces were all great tasting. The 2 story venue was clean and the food came out quickly. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great location!“

“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“

Arriving at my motel i was surprised too see they where no sauce in the sub, in Canada majority does but the difference between this sub with no sauce compared to 1 place in Canada that sell with no sauce is that the Basilico was actualy very good, as for the pizza, the veggie side i really liked but the phily side bof! And it came with 2 small cups of differents sauce witch i never seen that in my country. As for the man that took care of my order, he was very nice, professionel and kind, sadly i do not know his name, wish i did so i could writr his name because too often pepol bash bad worker but very few praise good worker and he was 1 of the nicest united-statien that i have meet. “Our meal was so good... fresh fries, amazing made-to-order burgers. Service was also great with someone from behind the counter coming out to check on us and offering to refill our drinks.But....wowza.The price for the smallest cheeseburger, a double bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and two soft drinks was right at $40.Although the hamburgers and fries were AMAZING.....the price wasn't. This type of meal will probably be a rare, special treat for us rather than somewhere we would visit often.“

“Visited for the first time yesterday after finding them on TikTok as well some time ago. The customer service was great and the bowls were made were also really good. One of the ladies paid very close attention to my facial expression when she put too much pico on my bowl, she ended up removing the excess without me even asking and that meant a lot to me. One star off because the steak could really use some seasoning, it’s very bland. Also, I ordered the chicken tenders meal for my toddler and it was very poor quality, it went straight in the trash. “Ordered. A fish and shrimp combo which is supposed to come with two pieces of fish and six pieces of shrimp. I got one piece of fish and five pieces of shrimp. For my side, I chose corn on the cob that I think had been sitting around for a week. The hush puppies tasted like they were straight up cornmeal that was fried. Not sure what happened with this location. It used to be the testing ground for corporate to try new menu items. Now the food quality has deteriorated so much that I probably will not return.“

Any size wavy fry for a dollar. Everything needs to be done online and with a credit or debit card the app takes way too long to download but once you get through jumping through hoops it should be fine.

I find myself here more than once a week for lunch because of how satisfied I am with their customer service and food. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. A couple of times my food has been over cooked my burger and onion rings a few times. Parking: Obviously there are stalls to pull into, but there was a guy across from me who's truck was too big to fit. So he parked, literally on the other side and was able to just step over the curb and place his order on foot. Easy!
