“The customer service is always on point. The workers are friendly and usually fast. Breakfast biscuit sandwiches are all always fresh. There are closer locations to my home however I travel to the Okd Hickory location because typically it is a great experience.“

“I've lived a 10 minute walk from this place for years, since back when it was the Pure. Back when the food came from that truck. Everything about this place is awesome. From the new ownership of the business, to the absolutely incredible food. It's unassuming, but if you ever find yourself in or driving through hermitage, this is the best spot in town.“

“New Taco Bell in Old Hickory. It is usually very good. Sometimes I've had not so great service at the drive thru window but mostly smiling faces. Was better when it first opened, but I understand why they wouldn't always be so chipper. So I don't think much of it. Food is always hot and fresh.“

“There are several Subways closer to home but this one is top notch. Its worth the drive to be satisfied. Fresh produce.(spinach isn't slimey) they seem to always have several breads to choose from. “My first time eating at Raising Cane's was in Nashville, Tennessee on Broadway and it was great! The chicken was tender. The breading was light and flaky. The sauces were all great tasting. The 2 story venue was clean and the food came out quickly. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great location!“

I told her I was vegetarian and she made sure to accommodate that and get rid of cross-contamination. They also make it in front of you which is cool.“

“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“

“We stopped by Bubbakoo's Burritos when we were on the way back home since we were out-of-town. We ordered the Boom Chicka Boom Burritodilla and the General Tso Crispy Chicken Burrito along with the chips/queso. These items were some of the best we have ever had. Their employees were also super nice. If you're looking for something far superior in comparison to the regular burrito chains, this place is the one to go to. “I went there around midnigh the 8 of july to order a sub and a médium half veggie and half philly. Arriving at my motel i was surprised too see they where no sauce in the sub, in Canada majority does but the difference between this sub with no sauce compared to 1 place in Canada that sell with no sauce is that the Basilico was actualy very good, as for the pizza, the veggie side i really liked but the phily side bof! And it came with 2 small cups of differents sauce witch i never seen that in my country. As for the man that took care of my order, he was very nice, professionel and kind, sadly i do not know his name, wish i did so i could writr his name because too often pepol bash bad worker but very few praise good worker and he was 1 of the nicest united-statien that i have meet. “Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. She should be either promoted or compensated for being so polite and making me want to go back to Slim Chickens for the delicious tenders and coleslaw. Thank you, Bob Stephens“

“Went to Hendersonville Tn Captain D’s tonight. There were three people working when there should have been four. The girls were very busy. We were eating in. They explained that we might have to wait a little longer since they were understaffed. We said that was fine. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our food came out perfect and was very good. I’ve now been twice, and had an order delivered and everything has been correct, the food has been warm/fresh, and today the manager put a note in the delivery order with a number and her name, saying please call if any issues and that little touch provides so much value and reassurance as a consumer. “Been going to this Taco Bell for years and the quality and portions are consistently better than the average Taco Bell. Also big props for being one of the few Taco Bell’s in the area to not raise prices above MSRP. Obviously it’s not always perfect, it’s Taco Bell, but it’s exactly what I’m looking for over 90% of the time and there’s not much more you can ask for.
