“The customer service is always on point. The workers are friendly and usually fast. Breakfast biscuit sandwiches are all always fresh. There are closer locations to my home however I travel to the Okd Hickory location because typically it is a great experience.“

“I've lived a 10 minute walk from this place for years, since back when it was the Pure. Back when the food came from that truck. Everything about this place is awesome. From the new ownership of the business, to the absolutely incredible food. It's unassuming, but if you ever find yourself in or driving through hermitage, this is the best spot in town.“

“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“

Arriving at my motel i was surprised too see they where no sauce in the sub, in Canada majority does but the difference between this sub with no sauce compared to 1 place in Canada that sell with no sauce is that the Basilico was actualy very good, as for the pizza, the veggie side i really liked but the phily side bof! And it came with 2 small cups of differents sauce witch i never seen that in my country. “I was at this location when a man who was homeless walked in with a handful of change getting ready to order a small amount of food. The cashier, Ariel, told him to stop and put his change back in his pocket. She then added a small burger, fries, and a milkshake to her own tab. She continued to assist him by reminding him to keep his change and belongings in his pocket. She delivered him his burger and he sat there without worry and enjoyed his meal. This was one of the kindest things I’ve seen in a very long time and I’m so grateful to have been able to witness Ariel and her kindness.“

“Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. “Went to Hendersonville Tn Captain D’s tonight. There were three people working when there should have been four. The girls were very busy. We were eating in. They explained that we might have to wait a little longer since they were understaffed. We said that was fine. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our food came out perfect and was very good. Rougher part of town; We sat at an outdoor table in the cold and had to partake in the incessant smell of pot.
But the food was good, as usual. Just not the right model for a company that has built its reputation off of customer interaction and attention to detail. Some of us still like to sit down with our family for a meal rather than act like our car is a dining room. Guess that makes me different in this bizarre world.“
