We literally saw it on Google maps right before we passed it and decided to stop. SO glad we did. I’ve been missing the good pupusas I used to get in NW Arkansas, and was so happy when I saw them on the menu. We also had a sope al pastor, chorizo tacos and a new-to-us dish called pollo con tajadas. I recommend ALL of them.“

“Stopped by for breakfast today. The lady behind the counter was so nice and extremely helpful. She was very attentive and patient which made my first visit very welcoming. The burritos were huge and they did not skimp on anything. The horchata was delicious and very well balanced. It was cold but not watered down like a lot of other places. They have a little cold bar with various toppings salsas, fresh made hot sauces, radishes, lime, jalapeños, cucumbers, and you get warmed chips too. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.“

A large group of Goodlettsville Firemen literally drove their hook and ladder up beside the building to dine! I should note my wife loved her Margarita! I stopped by San Luis Taqueria in Nashville on a whim for a late afternoon lunch, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. I ordered four tacos Mexican-style with the addition of tomatoes, and I was impressed with the quality. The tortillas were homemade, which added a delightful, authentic touch to every bite. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, fresh, and packed with flavor.

I also tried a sope, and it was exceptional—rich, savory, and wonderfully crafted. The accompanying red and green hot sauces were the perfect complements, offering just the right balance of heat and flavor without overwhelming the dishes.

Beyond the food, the restaurant itself was spotless. Both the dining area and the bathroom were immaculately clean, which speaks volumes about their commitment to maintaining high standards. The service was equally remarkable—the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

My wife had a mango margarita, we got a large queso which was plenty! Plenty of queso to drench our dishes too...I took the spinach Quesidillas and my wife took a side dish, rice w/chorizo, which was quite large. Their salsa was chunky and not watered down. Sent a photo to her friends and they jealousioso!“
