The young man that parked my Jeep was so nice and professional. But back to the restaurant. I was 100% impressed with just a burger that we are looking forward to coming back and having a real dinner. Hands down worth the time and energy. “Very popular in the food court. It’s a line to order and to wait. They do take your number and text you when the food is ready, which is very helpful. You can grab a table first inside the food court. It is a huge hall and buzzing crowd.

The lobster is soft and tasty. The bread is buttery and fluffy. Butter makes it to another level. Overall a great lobster roll. But it’s a smaller portion. I will recommend to go for other food options if you are very hungry. This is for the fancy taste and expensive ingredients.“

“Ordered. A fish and shrimp combo which is supposed to come with two pieces of fish and six pieces of shrimp. I got one piece of fish and five pieces of shrimp. For my side, I chose corn on the cob that I think had been sitting around for a week. The hush puppies tasted like they were straight up cornmeal that was fried. Not sure what happened with this location. It used to be the testing ground for corporate to try new menu items. Now the food quality has deteriorated so much that I probably will not return.“

However, the young man at the window, black, twenty something, slim, half black and half brown treads didn't mind at all. He was more worried about guest satisfaction than trying to run something. “Interesting place. Good food. Family styled all you can eat sides. Coleslaw and green beans are excellent. Great French fries, which are served with most entrees. The only item I would not recommend is the fried clams. They were extremely small and over breaded. Could not even taste the clams. Everything else is very good, if not outright excellent! Sides are served family-style and they're all you can eat. We've had both the catfish and the chicken, and they were both very good. Definitely a pleasant place to eat. The people are very friendly and work hard. I defineitely recommend!“
