Initially this was because the restaurant was next to our hotel, but now we stop because of the great food. Today, I want to give a loud SHOUT OUT to our waitress, Skylar. She reflects good service and compliments the excellent food of The Local Goat experience. Each day I am greeted by this wonderful lady with the happiest voice and most positive energy. She completes my order quickly and without any issues. And she is so fast. She doesn’t know who I am and I know nothing about her. But I cannot thank her enough for just being her sweet cheerful self every morning.
