“Kayden was great. He was polite and quick. I’d leave 5 stars however there was 2 other employees that were there( I believe they were on break) that sat and talked to each other even though they were getting busy. If you only have 3 employees working try to make it where they go on break one at a time. The people behind us were getting frustrated since he was the only one working.“

“I took my wife and granddaughters there to pick up a picnic lunch. Mary waited on us and she was an absolute pleasure! She carried her on great conversation while fixing our sandwiches to perfection. Subway seems to have gone up tremendously on their prices, but her fantastic service makes it totally worth it!“

“It was really good! The food was great, especially the sourdough bread. The employees were very chill and kind, one thing I loved was that the food came out 6 minutes after we ordered! So it’s pretty fast, I can’t say the same about the atmosphere it was very empty but they were playing some Micheal Jackson so that was great! Really recommend it!!!“

“Came in today on this rainy Sunday. Was greeted by very friendly staff. Talisha one of the managers brought our food out to us and stated she would be back in a few to see if we had any feedback that would make our experience better or anyone’s coming to the restaurant. She came back about 15 mins later refilled our drinks got our feedback and made her way through all the customers that was currently there before she went back she made sure to stop back by check to see if we needed box’s or would like any dessert to go. She also recommended us coming back in next week to try the new key lime cheesecake which will for sure be on my list of things to do“

I had not considered a Subway before, and ruled out McDonalds as they don't have turkey bacon or sausage with their egg breakfast. I was there over an hour before the Subway in the store opened, but the worker was getting set up. She graciously invited me in and fixed my 6" chicken teriyaki sub! Service above and beyond.“

“We went to Walmart on Saturday and were hungry when we got there and went to subway. They were busy and there was only one lady working. She was very nice and fast and just overall a delight. Her name was Jackie. I commented on the fact that she was working all alone and she said she had been with the company 6 years. She made the sandwiches and took the money and washed her hands after every order. I was very impressed with this lady and the way she handled the rush. Thank you for a pleasant experience Jackie“

“It unlike other times took long to put in order and recieve meal, but it was not the staffs fault. Only 2 girls behind the counter, and a packed customer line it was impossible. So don't blame your staff. They handled the pressure, with kindness and a smile. It was the only time I was delayed, and they handed I'm Ed it professionally.“

“One of the best subway locations in Chattanooga. I use to work at subway as a teenager so I can hardly stand it, so the only reason I still go is because it’s close and convenient to my work. They have been consistently making my sandwiches properly which is surprising compared to the downtown location where you get a half toasted cold rotisserie chicken sandwich or a gallon of sauce served with a side of rude Attitude.“

“I used to work at Subway. I am somewhat specific as to how I prefer to have my Subway sandwiches prepared. I was happy that the employees at this Subway were able to follow my requests and make it the same way I would have done myself. This has not always been the case at other locations. They were also fast and friendly. I was somewhat surprised when they asked my partner if he was (eligible for a senior discount) over 62 years old, but we shared a good laugh about it when we arrived back home, so it was certainly not a big deal. The bread was just a little dry, and the tomatoes could have been fresher, but I don't expect anything different from Subway. The food was still good and I enjoyed it very much.“
