“The restaurant is very clean, as soon as we walked in the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The salsa is so delicious 😋 We are that up so they brought us some more. Our entrees came quickly, they were hot and so very delicious. The seasoning on the grilled chicken strips is amazing, so much flavor my taste buds wanted me to keep eating because it was that great, however I was getting full since the portions are hardy. Our server was so efficient, he brought us a to-go box, a bag for the chips and a container with a lid for the salsa. We loved the music and decorations. We highly recommend this restaurant. We definitely will go again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😋😋❤️“

“This is what you get. After you finish one of those items you can switch it out for something else. The food overall was good and the pricing was reasonable.

You don't really have a choice for food here so the real reason you looked at this review is for the photo hopefully that gave you what you're looking for. Or Google will bury it when you look like I did and couldn't find one.“

“This restaurant has us drooling even 24 hours later. We ordered a shrimp andoullie and cheesy grits , a very hearty pulled pork stew fried cauliflour and chicken fingers.
To start you check in at the front and we were told 20 minute wait but it ended up being maybe 5. We were sat and we perused the menu.
The oddest thing was they were out of the fish and no vegan dogs.“

Josh, Luke and Genevieve were the best hosts ever. So warm and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch outside on their lovely patio. “Our family ordered on Wednesday November 27, 2024. What amazing food you all have & great selection different varieties. We didn't even cook our Thanksgiving dinner, we wanted leftovers and that's what we had. Speedy Service, driver was absolutely Amazing and so very polite we even kept her by asking questions (about the area etc) which she didn't hesitate! Real southern hospitality right there. “The food was great as always. Our booth was in a terrible spot. Having worked in restaurants I know that they know where the bad seats are and to be put there when it wasn't that busy wasn't great. They put us right in the walkway that the servers used to go to the kitchen. We could hear the kitchen the whole time banging on the other side of the wall.“

“I recently visited Zaxby’s and had mixed feelings about my experience. The food was undeniably delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the Zax Sauce added a nice kick. The fries were well-seasoned, and the toast was buttery and satisfying. Everything tasted great, and you could tell care was put into preparing the meal.

However, as much as I enjoyed the food, I couldn’t help but feel it wasn’t worth the price. The portion sizes were smaller than expected for what I paid, and by the time I added a drink, the total seemed a bit excessive for fast-casual dining. While the quality is good, I’ve had similar meals at other restaurants for much less.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and inviting, so no complaints there. It’s just hard to justify spending so much for what ultimately feels like a splurge rather than a regular dining option.

I’d recommend Zaxby’s if you’re craving something tasty and don’t mind spending a little extra, but for me, it’s more of an occasional treat than a go-to spot.“
