“we have ordered from Heidi for years. We are amazed every order. I just ordered cupcakes for my wife's birthday. I didn't know exactly what to ask for. Heidi asked for her favorite colors, and took control. I have seen her work many times and trust her whole heartedly. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Each cupcake is unique and a masterpiece one and all. The look on my wife's face should have been captured on film. Photos do her work no justice. You must try for yourself. You will not be disappointed!!“

“Amazing cookies, oh my god. Simple kiosk ordering system. You order, the workers package it, and confirm the order when handing it to you.
My wife and I ordered chocolate chip, pink frosted, coconut cream pie, and chocolate milkshake, and every one was delicious! My personal favorite was definitely the pink frosted. It was warm and buttery and soft and just delicious! The chocolate milkshake was great as well.
A little expensive in my opinion but definitely quality cookies. About $20 for 4 after a $3 tip.“

“Cookie Plug in Knoxville TN - I bought one pixie junkie to try it out. Super yummy!! I then bought 9 dozen of the mini poppers (variety) for party favors at a baby shower. We put 3 popper cookies in a bag for each party favor. The cookies were fantastic! The service at the store was wonderful; I ordered a few days in advance and the cookies were ready when I arrived.“

“If you want fantastic cookies this is definitely the spot (my fav so far is the classic chocolate chip). I went here a few days ago to check the place out and was very pleased with the service provided. The lady who helped me (Ashley I believe) was clearly very busy but managed to keep me from feeling rushed. I will definitely continue to come here especially if the staff remains as sweet as the treats they sell.“

“Went to this bakery a few days ago for breakfast/lunch, and smelled absolutely amazing the second I walked inside! There's plenty of options, it even took me a second to decide what I wanted since everything looked so good, so I ended up getting two pastries instead, one being a chocolate concha and I forgot what the other pastries name was. They were both really, really good and not expensive at all!! (probably the best pastries I've ever had, actually)The guy who greeted me at the register was also very nice, definitely a place to visit!“

“I had an awful experience. I ended up having an awful experience with toast delivery, where they took a picture of the building but did not deliver my food. I ended up calling the shop after Toast ended up, saying that they couldn’t do anything and just to call the shop directly. The shop was so helpful and apologetic for my experience. They even went one further, and Chris ended up delivering my cookies himself. It was the absolute best experience.“

“I've lived in Knoxville for almost 4 years and had no idea that Flour Head Bakery also makes cakes! I knew they made breads for Tomato Head, but I was surprised when my sister-in-law contacted Dennis to create her vegan wedding cake. She was able to communicate exactly what she wanted via e-mail and I got to taste a sample of the cakes and pick them up for her big day. Their store is not a traditional bakery with a glass display case, but Dennis was ready with our cakes right away. I found Dennis to be very professional and friendly, and he thought to include an offset spatula and extra icing with our cakes, which was a thoughtful touch and a big help. All of the wedding guests were so impressed with the quality and taste of the cakes and kept asking me if they were really vegan! I'd highly recommend Dennis and his team to anyone looking for a great local baker.“
“Good selection of food at good prices. Staff is mostly excellent, especially Vernon at the self-checkout. Been having an issue with their new security company checking my bags, I'm a daily customer, not a thief. They seem to be falsely advertising themselves as police as well (they refused to show me any police ID). And there's always people out front asking for change, Could improve the security. And hire more people like Vernon please.“

“1st timer! I had heard of Moonshine Mountain Cookies and when I saw the sign, I turned around and stopped. Staff was friendly and ready to help. I couldn't wait to try and grabbed one and ate it in the car on the way home. Delicious! I bought 6 and got one free! Loved getting an extra one. All the cookies were amazing! I just can't figure out which one is my favorite! I will definately be back when I am back in town!“

“Our family was here last August and everything was 10/10. A family member of mine has a gluten intolerance so we originally came here for her, but next visit we will return and I don’t even need anything gluten free! It’s so hard to find a gluten free bakery (especially one that has donuts) Everything we ordered was delicious! I highly recommend the cinnamon roll & blueberry donut!“
