“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“All in all I enjoyed my lunch. The service was quick and very nice, the chicken was good as always, just a little dry but I always enjoy Zaxby's with the exception of the Oakridge location. Oakridge has horrible staff and management and food isn't prepared as well“

“Wow, I’m in love! From the exceptional customer service to the delicious menu options, I’m completely blown away, and I still can’t believe this gem is right down the street.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve how the fries are presented. They were tossed into the bag, which made things a bit messy and left the containers greasy. That said, the flavor more than makes up for it!

“I've haven't had any concerns as of recent, and I've been coming to this CFA for 5 years now. I almost always use the drive thru, but the workers are always kind. I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app (even if you've just pulled in). They'll have your food ready much faster, and there's almost a certainty that your order will be correct.“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

Dietary restrictions: It’s really hard for someone like me to eat. I appreciated the fact that there were options on the menu that I could eat and the time that the gentleman at the Cashier took to help me read it. There are not many people that are like that to people who are standing on 2 feet, who may not feel like standing on 2 feet, but they still try. He seem to understand that, and was very cons of the fact that I could not see very well.“

As a bonus, I'm a parent of a Marching Admiral (Farragut High School Band) and they have been THE BEST with helping us this year on various levels. “We stopped for dinner last Wednesday or Thursday and WOW were we in for a treat!!! The best part started with the lady working drive through, wish I had gotten her name, she was the absolute sweetest lady happy and laughing with me made great food suggestions and helped me get our meal!! At the window I got to meet this wonderful beautiful lady, could not have been any better than her!!! She gathered our food herself and put the meal together, she said she had to drop fresh fries and would I pull up for a moment! Well that's what it was maybe 2 minutes and she came out smiling and apologized I told her absolutely no worries we had started eating chicken nuggets, then I told her she had the best personality for this job I had ever come across she was excellent!! I got to see a huge smile!!! If all service workers could learn from her, she's the best in her job I've ever seen but that's not everything, not only were the fries extremely fresh and wonderful, the entire meal was like it was just cooked, so fresh and wonderful delicious and tasty!!! Some of the dipping sauce she suggested I had never had but I tried them, WOW were they awesome!!! “Monday, April 21st, at around 4 p.m., the daughter and I decided to go and try one of everything from the limited pickle menu. We went through the drive thru, and the service was fast, and the ladies were super friendly. Our chicken sandwiches were fresh and hot 🔥! The fried pickles and pickle wings were hot 🔥 and crispy! I even enjoyed the pickle lemonade, even though the daughter hated it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to those hard-working ladies for making our night!“
