“This place is AWESOME!! From the cleanliness of the place as well as indoor and outdoor seating, courteous staff to the incredible flavors of ice cream, donuts and I especially love the pretzel. The best I've ever had! the ice cream is so creamy and fresh every time I've been there! My whole and extended family love this place and my 16 year old granddaughter says the ice cream is the best she's ever had...and that's saying something! Everyone..please come and see what all the hype is about!!“

“Oh downtown Knox where do I begin… ever since my days at UT back in ‘96 I loved going downtown. Of course back then you would catch me at the hill or one of the other bars the fellas would be at. But now I come for a different reason… ICE CREAM. My wife’s boyfriend reccomended this place to me a while back, and ever since then we’ve been going at it nonstop (and I’m not talking about just the ice cream😉. He’s actually a really cool dude and, he hits the spot just right. At first I didn’t tell my wife that I was going out with her boyfriend, but when she found out she wasn’t actually that mad. She even lets me watch from the closet sometimes when Im good. Other than that, the ice cream is delicious and they always have fun flavors. I love the Santa’s cookie!!!! Local guide level 5 signing off!“

“The cookies are pretty good. They look like little hats (they are supposed to look like mountains). Since we got ours to go, I forgot to take a picture when we got home.
The service was fine, the ambiance is fine too. It is small so there are no seats, you just buy them to go.
They were better than regular store bought cookies, but they were not life changing. I suppose I was hoping for more based on reviews I read, but they were good, not amazing.“

August 3 (updated review)ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE
Place an online order for delivery Friday and had some confusion and got delayed called and spoke with someone.Got it taken care. The app showed issues the next day so I stopped in at the store and cici( I believe that was her name) Was a wonderful help. She got my order right away for me. So helpful and kind. “Mooyah...burger joint par excellence! Everything I have ever eaten there is fresh (prepared after you order) and perfectly seasoned. Service is friendly and engaged with the guests. But wait, there's more. I challenge you to try their chocolate shakes which are not dispensed out of a machine. I'd be shocked if you didn't say, "The best I ever had!"“
“Delish cookie dough soft serve!! It was incredible! The cone, however, was definitely not as delicious as I expected it to be. It had a citrus taste, different texture that I expected, and was super sweet.
No more cones for me, but I will be back for ice cream!“

“it was soo good! i got a dirt and worm cookie for my birthday and i highly recommend! it was a blend of chocolate and creamy, topped with two gummy worms which are my ultimate favorite gummies. it was all chilled to perfection. 10/10 would try again!“

“We found a new spot when passage through this part of Knoxville. Also great to support a wonderful cause with helping foster children and adoptive services in East Tennessee. The coffee was very tasty and the counter staff professional and extremely friendly. We will definitely stop by again.“

“I went there twice recently. Both times, the employees were very friendly, attentive and helpful. My ice cream was delicious! I got a waffle bowl because they make them in the store. It seemed to be a little stale. Also, I went around 8pm both times and it was still daylight. However, they had the barstools stacked which made it seem like they were closing. For the past several years I haven’t had good experiences here, but it definitely has improved! I would absolutely recommend them for ice cream!“
