“The Trendsetter is the best deli sandwich I’ve had in years! Homemade bread is so incredibly soft and tasty and the turkey, cukes, alfalfa sprouts are *chef’s kiss*! Don’t miss the delicious pasta salad! My husband had the club sandwich and potato salad. He couldn’t stop commenting on how good everything tasted! “Best club ever!” Everything was so fresh and perfectly prepared! We’ll be back! Don’t overlook this gem! 💎“

“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“We came in this past Sunday morning (07/13/25) around 10:30 and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The manager was very nice, and allowed us to make a grilled chicken substitution on the loaded fries for dietary needs when we had been rudely told by a belligerent employee at another location that it could not be made (Clinton Highway). Since that prior experience at the other location, our expectations had been low, but the customer service, food service, cleanliness, and quality of the food at this location was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!“

“Wow, I’m in love! From the exceptional customer service to the delicious menu options, I’m completely blown away, and I still can’t believe this gem is right down the street.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve how the fries are presented. They were tossed into the bag, which made things a bit messy and left the containers greasy. That said, the flavor more than makes up for it!

“Food was so delicious! Just needed bigger portions which was my fault for not asking for more food. But I especially liked how many different options I had for hummus. I really like their hummus. It’s so good!! It’s also kind of expensive here but it tastes good still so it’s fine :)“

“We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. “I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“I am a regular for the soup and salad its my favorite but we also got the steak & shrimp carbonara and a few other things. The food is always hot, the salad & breadsticks is always plentyful. Our server Lauren was nice and very attentive.“

“My first interaction with Bojangles was when I called to ask about pricing. I was needing to order for a large event at our office and trying to keep it under budget. The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful in giving me pricing. She told me about your current specials. After work I drove to the Bojangles and spoke with an employee who took my order, made suggestions, and took payment. When I came in the following morning to pick up my order, it was ready and piping hot. I didn't have to wait at all. The manager asked someone to help me out to my car with my order and she happily walked me out. They even gave me a complimentary tea before I headed out the door. In this day in age, customer service is EXTREMELY lacking. I cannot tell you what a refreshing visit it was and there was not one person that was difficult to deal with. This is what will earn my business again and again. We will be back. Bojangles on Middlebrook...thank you!“

“This is my favorite blaze pizza location! They sometimes get pretty backed up with orders, but it’s worth the wait here! The gluten free crust is great. They take allergies seriously. Today, after a long day at work, I ordered my pizza online to the wrong location, and they were able to make my pizza and transfer the order/payment from the other location. The service is incredible and I totally recommend it here“

He was awesome he rocked very knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely ask for him again. Now that I said that I think a host needs to be friendly to everyone if it's your first time are like me somebody that's there on a regular basis. When I was asking her a question before I was seated she act like somebody stole her puppy or peed in her cheerios. I understand everybody's got problems but if you're that sad are miserable maybe you need to work in the back. Until whatever is going on in your life passes. Like I said I've been coming here for a while now once a week sometimes twice a week. Today was the first day I just wanted to turn around and leave. But our server Caitlin was amazing, she was upbeat, she recommended good food, she knew her menu she made the experience well worth it. When we come back we definitely want her as our server again.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place. My wife and I came here for a simple game of pool, our plan was to go to Gypsy Tap House afterward for food and Ale. However, the atmosphere, friendly vibes and all around awesome establishment trapped us here, much to our Delight. We got the chicken wings, while not Wingstop or other Eatery specific perfection they were good. This was a perfect bar/ pool hall atmosphere. With a Cool vibe and awesome staff. And do not think that my criticism of the food is a disparity, in fact it was more than adequate. We look forward to many more visits for games of pool, good food and good service at this awesome establishment. It was just blocksaway from the old city but held none of that smarmy vibe. An all-around good place that I would advise to anyone who's looking for a good bar, good game of pool, some good food and good vibes.“
