Don’t miss the delicious pasta salad! My husband had the club sandwich and potato salad. He couldn’t stop commenting on how good everything tasted! “Best club ever!” Everything was so fresh and perfectly prepared! We’ll be back! Don’t overlook this gem! 💎“

“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“We came in this past Sunday morning (07/13/25) around 10:30 and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The manager was very nice, and allowed us to make a grilled chicken substitution on the loaded fries for dietary needs when we had been rudely told by a belligerent employee at another location that it could not be made (Clinton Highway). Since that prior experience at the other location, our expectations had been low, but the customer service, food service, cleanliness, and quality of the food at this location was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!“

“Wow, I’m in love! From the exceptional customer service to the delicious menu options, I’m completely blown away, and I still can’t believe this gem is right down the street.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve how the fries are presented. They were tossed into the bag, which made things a bit messy and left the containers greasy. That said, the flavor more than makes up for it!

“My first interaction with Bojangles was when I called to ask about pricing. I was needing to order for a large event at our office and trying to keep it under budget. The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful in giving me pricing. She told me about your current specials. After work I drove to the Bojangles and spoke with an employee who took my order, made suggestions, and took payment. When I came in the following morning to pick up my order, it was ready and piping hot. I didn't have to wait at all. The manager asked someone to help me out to my car with my order and she happily walked me out. They even gave me a complimentary tea before I headed out the door. In this day in age, customer service is EXTREMELY lacking. I cannot tell you what a refreshing visit it was and there was not one person that was difficult to deal with. “We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. “I've haven't had any concerns as of recent, and I've been coming to this CFA for 5 years now. I almost always use the drive thru, but the workers are always kind. I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app (even if you've just pulled in). They'll have your food ready much faster, and there's almost a certainty that your order will be correct.“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“
