“nobody remembers that subway isn’t technically fast food. the people there are always friendly and willing to make conversation. not everything’s perfect all the time but if you want perfect then go somewhere else. this subway specifically is the cleanest, friendliest, and most accurate food orders i’ve ever seen a subway have. you guys have CRAZY expectations. don’t forget that people aren’t perfect and mistakes happen. best subway i’ve been to all of my life“

The food was great, the guy at the register was very nice, and this might be the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been to. It was sparkling clean, especially the restroom. “Purchased Chicken ranch on white, the bread was homemade, light & very tasty. All ingredients were fresh. The whole sandwich is for a hungry appetite. The potato salad is very yummy, the fresh squeezed lemonade topped off the whole meal. Staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is spacious with a gallery of hometown photos. Looking forward to our next visit!“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“I have been picking up catering meals here for the past year for my work. The staff here have always gone above and beyond to help me with my orders. In the four I have done (the last with 25 box lunches) every single sandwich was there, receipt in tow, and they ALWAYS help me carry it to my car. From dropping off the paper with my order on it to pick up, these people do such a wonderful job. I can’t thank you all enough for making something that stresses me out not so hard. “I have worked with Penn Station for years and have always loved their food. Recently we had a tournament in Knoxville and ordered catering for the kids and parents and it was a huge hit. “Cheap pre-cooked food, ideal for a quick lunch if what you need is to get some carbs to hold you until dinner. The food it self is ok for the price you pay.There are mainly 2 people running the place, a very polite welcoming and nice middle aged man - I believe Ray him self, always accommodating and caring, and then ugh an angry rude middle aged woman. I have to say whenever she is not there the day seem brighter.She snaps, scoffs and gives these angry looks. What is her issue? Do other people get these treatment from her is it my middle eastern looks and amazing accent that bothers her?I would also suggest to add some fresh greenery to your options, prepackaged salads etc but mainly fix the attitude.“

“I went inside to eat and even though I was the only customer inside I stood there for almost 10 mins while i watched 7 employees look at me and just ignore me. I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to get service and the girl said no someone will be with you soon. I watched 6 cars go through the drive thru that came up after I had already been standing there. Complete disregard for customer service. That alone makes me not want to eat there again. Oh and the tomatoes were old and mushy.“

Apparently another coworker called in sick, but not sure why a manager or someone else didn’t come in to help him out. Jordan is handling the large crowd very professionally and really should be paid much more since he is handling all online orders, making sandwiches/salads and running the register!Subway is definitely getting their monies worth with Jordan as he is an exceptional worker… hoping he gets a raise very soon! “I wanna give a shout out to Mr Austin, I had to ask for his name. The guy with the white hat on in a professional black polo! This guy right here seem to be the bomb! During a busy rush I am assuming as you guys was line out the door Austin here was making sure everyone was keeping up but not only that he was also seeming like he was teaching. So holding down a busy place and holding everyone down and training is a wow! Not only that but a girl wrong up our order wrong which caused my wife sandwiched to be messed up, but Austin comes over with a great attitude even though it was very busy he comes over with a great attitude even smiling as the girl wasn’t and he addressed us so kindly and fixed everything. Like this dude was amazing that I just had to leave a review for him. You don’t see many employees work so hard, specially under stress as I would be stress as it was so busy! But you never see a person work so hard while maintaining a great attitude. This was my wife and I first experience at a sandwich shop beside subway and this made us feel very welcomed, I mean even when the order was wrong he fixed it that guy is great for the job. Great leadership! Great with customers as we was watching not trying be a stocker! The place is nice and the food was very delicious. I highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch and my wife recommends the turkey sandwich“

“I absolutely love Jimmy John’s and I’m Charlotte I have such terrible experiences at probably every Jimmy John’s I went too lol so I was cautious when I came here. I got my normal sandwich and left. I opened it up to kind of put it together how I like and found some kind of fried pieces in there (it was a turkey sub) concerned I went back and told them about it. I also asked how come there wasn’t extra protein (me thinking meat not cheese) and they explained the extra protein was the cheese, which completely understandable not mad at all just misunderstood, but continued to ask about the fried bits and they said oh that shouldn’t be there and remade the sandwiches no questions asked. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and patient. BEST JJ EXPERIENCE IVE HAD.“
