The staff has always been very friendly and helpful even understanding how she likes her food prepared due to her autism and food issues(grilled cheese cut a certain way ,fries in a bag instead of a box,things like that)Andrea the mgr along with Kiana ,Jesse,Ralph ,Austin, miracle among others have been great ever since we moved back to rockwood . We will continue to grace this Hardee’s with our patronage ….“

“Came here a few days ago at a pretty late time and ordered through my app and everything was correct all the add ons I wanted were on my tacos drinks were good got lots of hot sauce food was hot didn’t taste old and it was all yummy ✨😋

“Finally!!! The sonic we all have been waiting for, shakes were awesome, smash burger definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had at sonic, the cheese sticks were so juicy! And let’s not forget the amazing Chocolate cake filled with ice cream, not a big Chocolate fan but it was perfect not to overpowering! Best Location in East TN hands down!! It is in new Management/Owner and you can definitely see and taste the difference! Keep it up!“
