“We both had the catfish special... we could have split one order with our appetizer!

A bit darker coating on the fish than I was expecting, but they were very thick filets in the center. Delicious, and not overcooked... Hushpuppies had raw onion and jalapeño inside, a bit dense but good flavor. Slaw was very good. Well-balanced tartar sauce as well.

(Green Beans and Crinkle Fries could have used more seasoning, but they weren't bad, per se.)

Must say that the standout order was the fried banana pepper rings... I know several places in Roane County have them, but... goodness gracious, they were good.“

“Salad bar was very good. Please note that some “cold” items were too close to, or even under, the heat lamps. Saylor was my waitress. She was excellent and even though she gave me written instructions on how to rate five stars I must give four because of the potential for foods kept at the wrong temperature. This could be a food safety issue.“

“We went inside and ordered. The place was packed as well as the drive through was full. We ordered 4 different meals to go. The staff were amazing. Although busy we recieved our order in a satisfactory manner. The food order was correct, warm, fresh and delicious. We used the restrooms and they were clean. The restaurant was clean. We observed the staff working. They were professional, clean, efficient and worked well as a team. We'd definitely recommend and would return.“
