The restaurant is always clean and has a nice atmosphere to be in. Great job to all staff and customer service experience is excellent!“

“Everything was great . The lady that took our order was great! Bacon cheese burger was awesome. Root float was great. We had a big order for 8 people and it came out pretty quick and it was hot. The workers also gave my daughters quarters to play games with. That was really nice. This was our first time ever going to a A&W we will be back next time we are in the area“

“I have one complaint. I went into the women’s restroom and they was no hook on which to hang my purse in the stall. The door does not lock so leaving it outside the toilet stall is not an option. I am not setting it on the baby changing table for obvious reasons and zi am not setting it on the floor . There needs to be a place to put a hook to hang handbags, jackets or other items while using the toilet. Please ask the manager to get this done ASAP. We eat there often and it would be very helpful and sanitary for there to be a hook install on the wall between the changing table and corner or next door to the door opening on the inside. Thank you“

“Woman on her phone several minutes before waiting on us. Several mistakes being made in the kitchen. Maybe workers should know English when they are hired. Total chaos in kitchen area. Asked woman behind counter who had stood there doing nothing for a long time for unsweet tea. She gave me sweet tea. I said this is sweet tea I want unsweet, which then she argued that I told her sweet. The woman was on her phone most of the time we were there. Tried to get refill on hi c, she totally ignored me. I had another girl get it for me. While waiting a Hispanic girl said "mira", which means look, and she gave the finger to someone in the kitchen. I don't know who is in charge, but they should not allow this to go on.
