When she went in for her interview, the manager was completely rude to her, told her that she didn't have any interviews scheduled today, and told her that even if she did that she wouldn't hire her because she is 15. “We had a baby shower at CommonPlace Coffee & Community, it was the perfect event space! The staff member present was amazing, kind, and super helpful. The space is huge and accommodates a good amount of people, it was super spacious and we were able to decorate as well for the theme. “My daughter was meeting some friends here. While I was there, I witnessed such a beautiful moment. One of the baristas was engaging with a gentleman with special needs who was in a wheelchair. She knew what drink he liked, his preferences, and was such a beautiful picture of kindness and service and she went above and beyond to extend hospitality to him. “This starbucks on montvue rd by the mall is a hit or miss regarding service. One time they may hot the mark and the next time blame me for the lid not being on tight when I went to get my coffee and burned my hand,leaving it dark pink and sore skin for 24 hours, and then forgetting I had food, all the while never offering to comp anything and telling me to go to the bathroom and run cold water on my hand. The batista saying it's no big deal, I burn myself on the daily." Well, I don't work there and wear gloves all day long passing instruments to my doctor so when my hand is burned and functionality impaired, it is a big deal.“
