“This is a great location for several reason; great staff, great food BUT I have to leave this 5 star review based on an interaction I just witnessed.

The staff dealt with an elderly gentleman with HEINOUS behavior so well. He would not let up on being absolutely awful to deal with, but the entire staff stayed calm and professional. It was hard for me to hold back a smart remark, so I can’t imagine how they felt. 10/10 customer service. Thank you all!“

“My daughter had an interview scheduled at this location today. She was excited, prepared, and dressed nicely for her first job interview. When she went in for her interview, the manager was completely rude to her, told her that she didn't have any interviews scheduled today, and told her that even if she did that she wouldn't hire her because she is 15. My daughter came out crushed and in tears. There is no reason to be a hateful, ugly human being!“

“We had a baby shower at CommonPlace Coffee & Community, it was the perfect event space! The staff member present was amazing, kind, and super helpful. The space is huge and accommodates a good amount of people, it was super spacious and we were able to decorate as well for the theme. I would recommend to anyone for an event, it had such a cozy vibe and was a great experience!“
