“all of the foh crew working this morning were extremely friendly and helpful :) i ordered four coffees and four baked goods and they were super quick getting everything out! the seasonal lattes i tried were amazing. however i do feel like i have to comment on one of the items in particular. the blueberry muffin. i swear heavenly light came down from above and manifested itself into this pastry. (photo evidence attached). whoever is up in that kitchen making these baked goods, you deserve everything life has to offer you. i love you.“

“Ordered a 16 oz matcha, was given a 12 oz. I asked about it and they read back my order which was for a 12 oz. I felt like an “oops I do remember you ordering a 16 oz” would have smoothed things over from a customer service standpoint. I know mistakes happen but my friend confirmed that I did say 16 oz. Not a huge deal since it was about a 6/10 on taste, however, my son’s 8 oz of steamed milk cost nearly $5 because it’s rung up as a hot chocolate. A little frustrating to pay for chocolate we didn’t get. Most other coffee shops have a cheaper price for steamed milk and we’ve been to almost all of them.“

“I'm typically not a fan of the chain coffee shops but this one is AMAZING!! First of all, the coffee is the best I've ever had but the main reason is the way the company operates and the STAFF!!! Regardless of time of day or weather, they are always happy, friendly and accommodating. As for the company I will forever be loyal. On one particular visit, I wanted to try another coffee flavor but was skeptical, they offered me a small coffee at NO CHARGE!! It is now my favorite, and I get one every morning!! And yesterday, their system was down and they were only taking gift cards and cash. I was told if I didn't have either, they would give me a small coffee FREE!!!! This company and their staff have forever have a loyal customer in me!! Thank you Hixson!!!!“

We waited 20 minutes to place our order and an additional 20 to get our iced coffee. We didn't even order food. Waffle House would have been better than here.“

This is little buzz in a drink! Boom! The day suddenly was AMAZING! Ashley was super awesome explaining everything including dosing amounts and drink flavors. “Simply delicious, especially considering I had a healthy option, namely the Protein Scramble. They were nice enough to accommodate my request for 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites in the scramble. The addition of the goat cheese is not one I would have thought of, but a welcome addition nonetheless. Added bonus is that the coffee here is more than decent.“

“I have been coming to Chattanooga every year for 15 years since my grandma lives here and we recently discovered Chattz last November on our trip and we now make it a must have every morning of our trip! We had the Eleanor Raspberry which was delish and got my toddler a slushy lemonade with strawberry 🍓 and it was so yum also, he drank it until the last drop! “Back in my day, I remember when I was a student and I used to frequent this place. I have fond memories here getting a latte and working on my assignments and lectures.

Recently I came back after a couple years and I got an Iced Lavender Latte with soy milk. It was pretty good, though I feel like it was a little more milkier than I'd prefer. It didn't blend together with the espresso as well as I'd hope. I wish the espresso shined through more. Other than that, I still enjoyed my latte. I also ordered a S'mores scone I believe. I forget the exact name but I knew it had chocolate in it, and I really liked that.

All in all, this place was good and service was timely. We ordered at the counter inside so I can't say about the ordering process and timing for the drive through. To me it didn't taste as good as my college days, and maybe it's the nostalgia and romanticizing that part of my life back then lol, but I'd still recommend this place.“

“A really nice breakfast spot that opens helpfully early on a weekday. The breakfast plate was great - a decent helping of fresh fruit, a biscuit some good eggs and bacon. The service was also strong and efficient. The pumpkin spice latte was nice, but my preference is for it to be served hotter than was standard here.

“This is a locally owned drive-thru only coffee shop. You have to be very careful when driving in because it is counterintuitive and you can easily end up going the wrong way. You do not order at the speaker but pull to the window to order. I got a hazelnut bliss and it was amazing. The service was friendly with good eye contact, knowledgeable about the products and articulate. However the interaction felt very rushed even though there was no one in line. This would have been five stars if the person had been more conversational and the signage for navigating the drive-thru had been clear. But really like the coffee and will certainly be back.“

“My Wife and I Just had Twins 2 days ago and I was sent on a coffee run. Me not being the coffee expert I ordered the wrong thing and realized it at the window. I immediately asked the young lady working in the window if I could add on an extra drink because I ordered the wrong thing, she told me she would make the drink that I needed no problem and when I receive my order, she gave me the other drink anyway. “Good Morning! Normally I just go through the drive through but today I decided to go inside to pickup my mobile order and I am so glad I did. Everyone should go inside every once in a while to see what is actually happening to make everything come out of that window. There were 7 employees that I could see, constantly moving and creating. They all worked like a well oiled machine and I never once saw one of them standing still while I waited for my order. During these times where places such as this are typically short staffed and exhausted I feel like this situation should be absolutely commended because they not only were they actively working, they were friendly and accurate and communicative with the customers and each other. “Had a really good experience at Maple Street Biscuit Company. The food was honestly the highlight everything came out fresh, flavorful, and exactly how you want comfort food to hit. Biscuits were soft and buttery, and the portions were solid. Kenneth helped us out and was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth without being over the top. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“

“I've been to this Starbucks location before, and I've had positive experiences, but this last one was the best. Eden, the barista working this evening, was so sweet and answered all of my questions. Eden even went out of their way to give me a sample based off my questions. I've been traveling the last couple days and felt like I needed caffeine and ended up getting the best pick-me-up!“

“We spent quite a lot of time here in the mornings and/or early afternoon while our children did some homework - before embarking on the day’s activities. The staff, all of them, and especially Lindsay, were super welcoming and patient! They took time to listen to our kids (who wanted to order themselves and were always asking for knives/spoons/etc for their food), were super kind, and FAST! No matter how busy the place got, and no matter how busy the drive through was, they still managed to multitask spectacularly and give us their attention.

The place is clean, tidy, and the bathrooms are kept up to very clean standards. There’s plenty of seating areas of various kinds (couches, tables, outdoor seating) and everything is kept clean.

Quite notably, when you walk in, the staff say “Welcome in!” That always put a smile on our faces and made us feel extra welcome.

Of course, the coffee was always made to the highest standard and all modification requests were followed! We will miss our regular coffee spot while we’re away and hope to come back soon as it has the coffee we love and the feel of a local cozy coffee shop!“
