“I ordered pickup and I love firehouse. My only issue is the the lettuce, tomato and onion were placed on the bottom of the sandwich so when I tried to pick it up to eat the bread was stuck to the paper and so I didn't hav3 bread for the bottom“

“This is the best subway. The service is friendly while fulfilling your order. This subway doesn't skimp on the vegetables and meat on your sandwiches. They have no problem with giving you sauces when asked. This is the only subway that I have been to that asks you if you need anything else. The atmosphere is inviting and the servers change their gloves when making vegetarian sandwiches, which I truly appreciate since I am a vegetarian. I asked that my vegetarian patty be separated from my sandwich and the manager did it graciously, wrapping it in wax paper and putting it in a separate bag. I am so impressed with this subway that I tipped the server, first ever for me at subway, because I have never received such wonderful and gracious service. “I have eaten here multiple times and can say that staff here prepare the sandwiches nicely. There is no spill in the packaging and portion of the veggies is also good. They also have the veggie patty which a lot of stores does not have. I would recommend this Subway store.“

“Never visited The Sandwich Factory before…shame on me. A friend and I went out to lunch and he suggested them. He ordered the Factory Club (looked delicious) and I decided on the Romanucci's Tour of Italy. Granted…it’s a sandwich but these folks really serve up a good looking sub. The meats had flavor and the Capicola a nice bit of a kick. The veggies were all fresh and the kicker…the sub was toasted!!! The addition of their homemade sweet basil pesto (don’t skip on this) it one of the best sauces on an Italian sub I’ve had, you might want a bit on the side for dipping. They offer different sides with the sandwiches, go for the homemade potato chips! No pics of the chips...but the cheese sauce is for them. Great food and friendly service…may have been my first visit…but not my last!“

“Shocked!!!! I was going to go elsewhere this year, ( as I always ordered here but the last two years the experience was aweful and i promised myself not to return.) But I was told the staff is better so I braved up. I went in the store to order my smoked turkey knowing I would leave due to lack of staff caring and all the goofing around they had dine in the past. I was so very pleasantly surprised!!!! The team was so friendly, helpful and even gave great pickup advice. They treated me like they cared and gave me confidence my order would be available as promised. I noticed they were busy with customers but each one mattered. I noticed their like attire which was so nice. I believe my order pick-up will be a positive experience because of this experience. “This review is for the Subway at 769 Bell Road in the shopping strip with Plato's Closet. I will pass other Subways, even one closest to me, to go to this one. In this one, the people are SO nice, the food is good, and I don't feel cheated on the amount. For me, customer service goes a long way.

I didn't request they solve it because of the wait, but they were obviously busy. The place was clean, they were courteous, but the alarm system had an issue and kept blasting loud beeps. 3.7 or so, call it 4 stars.“
