“One of the best drive through options in Smyrna. Service is speedy, accurate, and friendly. The inside is OK, but on a nice day they have some outdoor seating. I really like the Classic Carol on a croissant. Mac and cheese side is super creamy. Extra shout out to their support of the troops on Veteran's Day. Thank you for going above and beyond what most restaurants offer.“

“A brief story: Our family doesn’t live in Smyrna. However, my wife had our baby in Smyrna and we ended up being stuck in the NICU for two weeks. During this time my generous father (pictured on left) offered to get us food every day since my wife stayed at the hospital with our baby.

We’re so thankful to have found Penn Station Smyrna because not only did we have great food during a troubling time, but we started to notice encouraging notes and cookies added to our meals. We probably had 10 meals over the course of 15 days.

We specifically want to shout out and thank Trinity and Elijah for their service, hospitality, and care over those two+ weeks.

After getting home with our baby we made it a goal to go back and visit in person (and of course order some more food 😎). We are so thankful for this little sandwich shop. The team brought us joy, encouragement, surprise, and delicious sustenance while we were in a tough stretch as a family. We didn’t know we needed Penn Station Smyrna but they really went above and beyond. We’re so thankful!“

“This Jersey Mike's is a little expensive- which I guess all are- but their food and service are exceptional. You definitely get what you pay for at this store.

Parking: Parking and seating are limited, but the restaurant is always clean and quiet.“

Au Jus leaked all in the bag, meat was grizzly. The meat didn't even cover the whole roll. Very disappointed for $18 for the large sandwich.
Flavor was good but I've had much better sandwiches here and I most definitely have had better french dips pretty much everywhere I've had them.“

“This is my local subway, and the only one I visit unless I’m out of town. You’re in and out quite quickly, never had any issues with any of my orders. Friendly staff and fresh ingredients. I have enjoyed all my sandwiches made from this place. Thumbs up.“

“This is the best subway. The service is friendly while fulfilling your order. This subway doesn't skimp on the vegetables and meat on your sandwiches. They have no problem with giving you sauces when asked. This is the only subway that I have been to that asks you if you need anything else. The atmosphere is inviting and the servers change their gloves when making vegetarian sandwiches, which I truly appreciate since I am a vegetarian. I asked that my vegetarian patty be separated from my sandwich and the manager did it graciously, wrapping it in wax paper and putting it in a separate bag. I am so impressed with this subway that I tipped the server, first ever for me at subway, because I have never received such wonderful and gracious service. “Never visited The Sandwich Factory before…shame on me. A friend and I went out to lunch and he suggested them. He ordered the Factory Club (looked delicious) and I decided on the Romanucci's Tour of Italy. Granted…it’s a sandwich but these folks really serve up a good looking sub. The meats had flavor and the Capicola a nice bit of a kick. The veggies were all fresh and the kicker…the sub was toasted!!! The addition of their homemade sweet basil pesto (don’t skip on this) it one of the best sauces on an Italian sub I’ve had, you might want a bit on the side for dipping. They offer different sides with the sandwiches, go for the homemade potato chips! No pics of the chips...but the cheese sauce is for them. Great food and friendly service…may have been my first visit…but not my last!“

“This was my first time visiting this location. A young male and female employee were working inside, and the establishment appeared clean and well‑maintained. It wasn’t busy during my visit, and I placed my order through the app.

I initially thought I had cash on me, but I didn’t, so I used tap‑to‑pay instead. I enjoyed their music selection, and I tipped them with the change I had in my car — something is better than nothing, especially during the holidays when it all adds up.

It’s a tucked‑away little spot that I wouldn’t have known about if I hadn’t searched for it on Google. Definitely worth checking out.“

Stephanie, the manager, donned us all with our own firemen hats and we had our photo taken in front of the mural. The sandwiches were very good and the community support was even better!“

“This is arguably the best subway sandwich I've had ever. Taegan and the long blonde hair dude(sorry i forgot your name) working the counter are awesome. I ordered online and called in requesting extra toasted. These guys remember my name everytime I order now and called me to make sure I wanted them double toasted again( I did). Heavy attention to detail and excellent customer service. These guys deserve a raise!“

“My husband wanted me to relax and “hit the easy button” this year for Thanksgiving. So we bought the usual Ham and Smoked Turkey- but this year he wanted to add a few of the sides to our menu so we could try them.

The meat went over well with everyone, but the sides left a little to be desired. I understand it’s hard to have great flavor when you’re mass producing things- but the sides for Thanksgiving is one area you have to get right. And these fell short in our experience and opinion.

Also- my husband noticed that some of the sides were either at or close to the expiration date. That’s concerning because it makes me wonder: how old were the items that we picked up?

We’ll continue getting HBH ham and smoked turkey- but I don’t think we will be replacing our homemade sides with HBH sides next year. Nothing beats homemade sides, and that includes Sweet Potato casserole and Greens cooked to perfection.“

I didn't request they solve it because of the wait, but they were obviously busy. The place was clean, they were courteous, but the alarm system had an issue and kept blasting loud beeps. 3.7 or so, call it 4 stars.“

“This review is for the Subway at 769 Bell Road in the shopping strip with Plato's Closet. I will pass other Subways, even one closest to me, to go to this one. In this one, the people are SO nice, the food is good, and I don't feel cheated on the amount. For me, customer service goes a long way.
