“On a road trip a while back, I stopped at this McDonald's for a restroom and ended up ordering food before I left. Hands down one of the best McDonald's I've been too. The staff was friendly, smiling and chatting, and the atmosphere felt inviting.

If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be sure to pop by again. :)“

“My son was screaming while I was ordering, the young girl taking my order ran to go grab him the milk I ordered and waited for me to pour it in his sippy and took the cup back to throw away. She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.“

“I didn’t order anything, but I did go in looking for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup for my boss (she REALLY wants it lol).
Upon walking in, I didn’t see it on their display shelf. Because this was the 4th Starbucks I’d been to today looking for this cup, I went up to the counter to ask if they had any left that weren’t on the shelf. Initially, someone said if it’s not up they wouldn’t have it (which I totally understand!), but then a very kind man named Jay said they actually still had a ton of boxes out back and that he’d go out and look for me. He took around 7 minutes to go back and look through those boxes, and even though he confirmed they were in fact out, it was so touching that he’d go through the effort of going to double check. He even recommended two other Starbucks locations that are nearby for me to check.

“I’ve been to many different Starbucks from Colorado to Florida . This one , is by far the best. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at this location, and I’ll admit I even came at the when I was in a horrible mood & they just became even nicer. “I've been to this Starbucks location before, and I've had positive experiences, but this last one was the best. Eden, the barista working this evening, was so sweet and answered all of my questions. Eden even went out of their way to give me a sample based off my questions. I've been traveling the last couple days and felt like I needed caffeine and ended up getting the best pick-me-up!“

“This Starbucks is conveniently located on Highway 153 near the Northgate Mall & Memorial Hospital, and I usually stop here each day on my business trips to the area. It is a popular spot in the mornings as evidenced by the long drive-thru line, which is why I use my Starbucks app to order when I leave my hotel a 2-minute drive away and am am in & out with my drink before the line has moved 2 cars.“
