“This happened when the ⛽ station was in full service ,Me & my family went in to eat( and we can be kinda picky, but you should get what you pay for)!!!Well that had more than a few young teenager's working there( Not all young employees are disrespectful), they were very rude & couldn't get our order right for nothing.So when we thought they had finally gotten it right we paid & sat down to get our food and eat. Well I wasn't very shocked when all our food was wrong,When I went to complain the manager came out & walked with me to our table.She was more than apologetic ( I wish I could remember her name,but I can't.BUT THE MANAGER THAT DID THIS WAS KNOWS WHO SHE WAS & I STILL APPRECIATE WHAT SHE DID!),She remade all our food ( Fresh) & brought it to our table & even gave us food that we didn't even order!!! Before we left she even asked my kids if they wanted something sweet, So we all got dessert ( on the house)!!! But the fresh,free food was not the thing that meant the most to me, it's how she handled so pleasant & sweet...IT showed my kid's how they should act when they get a job. IT was a great learning experience!!!

Vegetarian options: Not a place you should go unless you're just getting a salad,dessert, or Iced Coffee/Latte

Wheelchair accessibility: They do need to make it more wheelchair accessible ( more parking spots, bigger dining area,and more wheelchair ramps outside & wider doors so people in wheelchairs have plenty of room to get in the doorway without hitting there hands or legs!!!“

“My son was screaming while I was ordering, the young girl taking my order ran to go grab him the milk I ordered and waited for me to pour it in his sippy and took the cup back to throw away. She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.“

“Star bucks is no longer my go to. I haven't had much but coffee and avocado toast from here, but their AT is by far the grandest I have ever seen or tasted. It is truly a shareable meal. They give you a large portion that's loaded with all the healthy stuff and exploding with flavor in every bite. I had a coffee that had molasses in it, and if you have not tried it, you aren't the coffee connisuer that you think you are. I only wish there was one closer to where I live. But it's worth the 25-minute drive every time.“

“Met friends over coffee and homemade baked goods - super great vibe. Very relaxed and lots and spaces. Love they have games and puzzles to bring a slowing down and enjoyment of the place for all ages. Bring a good book, find a comfy chair and sip a great latte!“

They remember me and usually remember my order. Their service is quick and efficient despite the tiny space.“
