“Every time I come to this Zaxby’s, the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food is always delicious. I especially love the loaded bacon ranch fries, they never disappoint! Amber always does an exceptional job making sure my order is taken correctly and that everything is fresh and perfect. She’s always kind, always has a smile, and has a great attitude. Her professionalism and kindness truly stand out. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back! ♡“

“We used to live in Baton Rouge & have tried & tried to find something similar in Kentucky where we live. Came to the Nashville area for a night & this is definitely the most authentic bayou food we’ve had since we left BR/NOLA. It would be worth the 3 hour motorcycle ride just to eat here again. “Food is good. Go here for many group outings. Shops located in the same building also a plus. Would suggest reservations for groups.
Cakes are expensive but they are large pieces and delicious.
Wheelchair accessibility: The dining area is on the ground level. No steps.
Shopping on ground floor has one tall step. The second floor shopping is accessible by elevator.“

“I thought this place had pretty good pizza at a reasonable price. Coming from the Northeast I have high standards and the red sauce here is kind of mediocre but they have good options for specialty pizzas and the price is right. I would recommend it“

“This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced. The drive- thru and inside servers are so courteous and helpful.“

“Wow!!! I place a mobile order this morning 10/04/25 at 11:26am I ordered the Panera Duet Turkey sandwich and wild rice soup, and OMG the person who prepared my order made an amazing job! Couldn’t take a picture because I was hungry! But at the moment I got my sandwich it was wrapped so perfectly and the sandwich was made so beautiful the food was so fresh and I wanted to say “Thank you ““

“At the end of my shift I was hungry I stopped here and was surprised at the healthy choices this place offered I've been eating healthy clean food lately with no carbs, I spoke to Amanda and told her I couldn't eat carbs because of some health issues I'm trying to improve on so I asked what she recommended and she suggested this amazing Mediterranean Chicken salad I'll send the picture,and the other employee Emily was just as nice and very friendly.Loves truly amazed me it's very uncommon to see this kind establishment at a Truck Stop thanks Naf Naf and staff! 🙂“
