“I recently had a wonderful date night with my boyfriend at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess and promptly seated. Our waiter, Jacy, was amazing and helped us choose our cocktails while explaining everything on the menu in detail. When our food arrived, it was absolutely delicious. I’ve never had such a perfectly cooked medium-rare steak. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place!“

The wagyu hot dogs on rye bread were unbelievable, and the local roasted vegetables, pasta, and tacos were all perfectly prepared and flavorful. The food was so good, I went back and got takeout too. Can’t say enough about the delicious, clean food! We had fish tacos, smoked chicken salad and a small Brussels sprouts salad. Picky eater daughter had the kids chicken tacos and raved! Yum!“

Definitely recommend for a girls brunch or for family! Nice atmosphere if you want to dress up a little too. They have a small indoor balcony perfect for you and a girlfriend to share secrets or a romantic date with your boo.

The drinks were tasty, the appetizers were a perfect starter, and the main dishes didn't disappoint.

We went on a Monday night, around 7:00 and decided to sit outside because the sun had gone down and the air was cooling down. The outdoor patio is beautiful.
That being said, The patio desperately needs fans for air flow... As beautiful as it was there is no air movement on the patio ... The patio could really benefit from fans, even misters.“

“My god, we love D.L. Macks. We saw it on Instagram and my boyfriend put it on our list. We were passing through the area and decided to stop by.

Firstly, we love the space. It was a modern take on an old school vibe. So good.

For the food, we ordered their Chicken Parm and the Cheese Tortellini with the creamy pesto sauce. The Chicken Parm came with the spicy rigatoni. The chicken was incredible, but the spicy rigatoni was just okay. It looks better than it tastes. It wasn’t bad, just kind of lackluster.

The Cheese Tortellini, however, was incredible. We were OBSESSED. It’s very rich, but man if you like rich, get it. I paired it with a Dirty Martini, for no other reason than I love Dirty Martinis, and it was perfect. My boyfriend liked his drinks as well - they made a very strong margarita.

Their mozzarella bites were so good and the Caesar salad was unique. I would likely skip the salad next time.

We can’t wait to go back and try the other items. Their sandwiches look incredible. So does the pizza.“

“Kaiyo is one of my favorite spots in Dallas. Have been going several times a month since they opened, and it's always great. The chefs Will and Raymond are talented and do a great job of making you feel welcome. The sushi is fantastic. The restaurant has a great vibe too. I'm vegetarian, and theres several great vegetarian sushi options ( mushroom and eggplant sushi!). Also, they make great cocktails. Highly recommend

“Food was horrible. Bread was stale. Bacon was cooked partially black and partially scrapped together in a clump that tasted like it was from an old pan from days ago!!! Get New Cooks or adios!! I know this was done out of haste and this is unacceptable!!“

“Cool vibe with coffee/whiskey& lots of seating for young professionals and college students to sit and get some work done.

Amazing selection of bourbon.... sat solo at the bar took what felt like 10 min to even get acknowledged. The batista seemed to be training and the others preoccupied with refilling their stations and doing other tasks.

They didn't have a list of the bourbons or their prices so I had to ask a few times and they looked it up in the computer.
Prices are good but not the best for the area (but still way better then where I'm from)
